Health Code Violations!!!! Unsafe & Unsanitary at all Levels.The Chicken Drips Chicken Juices All Over the place and onto other meat as you can see and the coolers aren't clean, but filthy as you can see the build up of nasty Chicken juices everywhere very nasty and unhealthy and I have called Hannaford Corporate and Told Store Staff and Nothing is done . You think the Store Manager and meat Department Staff would not want this Nasty Unhealthy and Health Code Violation.But Clearly the Store Stafff nor Corporate Care one bit. This is a Continuing and Ongoing Problem. If you see this Pist Call Corporate and the Store to Ask Why they Aren't Fixing this Maytter.

I’ve been going there for over 10 years but will not go back as long as that old wrinkly hag is working there. She singles out young males and is blatantly ignorant, if your a woman you’ll be fine this lady only has issues with men. She stole my credit card and refused to help me in the store. Yaks on the phone her whole shift, she needs to be fired.

Company policy to not let employees give out jump starts. Manager said what if something happens to their electronics? It's a jump start for crying out loud. If this happened in the 50s a company would be out of business.

This is my favorite grocery stores of all area Hannafords. I love the Hannaford Rewards program too. Some of your items are priced much higher than the competitors in the area though. The bakery, deli, produce, fish and meat depts are totally worth the time and are much better than the competitors. During the pandemic, this was a place I didn't have a lot of anxiety shopping at because they always had PREWRAPPED MASKS so not everyone had touched them. They kept the store very clean, they always do but they went the extra mile during the pandemic. The pharmacy is absolutely fantastic. They are fast, even when you have to wait and if they don't have all of a medicine, they will work with other Hannafords in the area to make sure you can get your medicine somewhere. I highly recommend Hannaford in Brewer to everyone. It's a great store with great employees and they know how to do things right. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I would love to see some of the prices closer to the competition but aside from that, this place is fantastic!!

Store itself was great. Me fumbling my way through the Hannaford app at the register, not so much. Such a noob, I knew there were coupons for some of my items. They were so easy to find before I left home! I could feel the heat of the glares from the folks in line behind me, a trickle of sweat made its way down my forehead. I finally gave up. The cashier gave me a sympathetic half smile. They'll be there for next time, she said encouragingly. The woman behind me slid her two items up to the register. I took the hint, made the purchase, and slunk away. It could only have been worse if I had taken out the checkbook to pay...

I've used this store once a week for six months. I've never been offered any kind of assistance, but I've also never had an outstandingly bad experience, so I've never reviewed. Today I used the bathroom for the first time. No toilet paper. No paper towels. No toilet liners. No handdryer. You can imagine what I was forced to do. When I turned away from the sink, I realized I had also been sitting above/standing in tracks of someone else's feces all over the floor next to the bowl (pictured). I'll drive to Bangor next week, thanks.

Often understocked, and the employees, who are extremely friendly, seem overworked. A decent shopping experience when done via curbside or in store, except I would recommend against using curbside for produce as I have been given rotten and near rotten produce more than once. Visibily unusable produce should not be sold to people at retail prices. Other than that, it's a great store that just needs a bit more resources from corporate poured into it.

Has all my favorite fresh salad stuff at reasonable prices . Excellent variety of any kind of dairy including cheeses and ethnic food as well. All the Cashiers are helpful and friendly. Not to thrilled about the "check yourself out " machine. Guess I 'm a little old fashioned and prefer a human face. Otherwise Great!

Coming from rural Missouri we are subject to Super Walmart for most grocery shopping.It's really nice to see a full service grocery store again. I worked for Safeway stores in Nor. Cal. for almost 30 years, as a delivery driver.The produce and meat products are top notch. Items we were accustomed to being on the shelf in CA, and are not in Missouri, are here. It's refreshing to see a quality full service grocery store, that has a wider selection again.

Easy to navigate. Not a large store but sufficient room to move around with out playing bumper carts.They have good food selection. A decent seafood which is delivered weekly. Not sure where the live catch(fresh lobster) is from but they look healthy. Fresh cut fish look like it should and smells fresh not like two week old fish chowder.They have fresh bread, donuts, cakes, and the make cakes to order as well.The fresh meat section is decent size with a wide range of choices. They will even cut your steaks to order as they have and on site butcher which is very good at what he does. The meat preparation are is very clean and constantly maintained. The butcher and his crew wear all the proper PPE required by regulations at all times other than on breaks.The employees seem friendly and knowledgeable of their store. The manager is not so nice he is clearly there for corporate reasons, not very social seems either distracted or very very focused on the job.They have 4(?) Self check-out kiosks and 4(?) Manned registers.Restrooms could be cleaner in my opinion but they are regularly cleaned just dirty customers.I hope this was helpful be safe, stay healthy and keep smiling!

Limited Selection ..They stopped carrying Ben and Jerrys ,so delicious dairy free pints of ice cream, and the vegan egg rolls I used to purchase here. Staff was not just unfriendly but appeared agitated when I asked about the organic produce. It appears they are not interested in keeping customers happy, so I spend my money elsewhere whenever possible.

The store is always clean and organized. They offer your kids the free banana or cookie. They also have self checkout. And I find that lines are not long and they are able to get people checked out fairly quickly. I find that most of the workers there are polite, and clean.

Great Grocery Story and the only true one in Lincoln Maine. Especially for fresh fruits and vegetables. Small store but good store with professional acting staff and great service they do have self check out.

Always clean, people are pleasant and helpful. Some shelves are a little understocked right now but it's like that everywhere. Prices are a little higher than Walmart but you can't get anything fresh there. Good variety of fruits veggies and meats.

Not all Hannaford are built the same. Our Lincoln Maine one is on top of the game! Great produce, and great meat selection, everything's fresh and appetizing. Though not super sized we find all groceries for a good daily life. Best of all: they are super friendly helpful and nice. I know it rhymes!One of our go to stores and a blessing in our life. Keep going strong Hannaford in Lincoln
