The staff and doctors at LMAH are absolutely wonderful. We have been there in person multiple times and been in frequent communication with them many times over the past two weeks as we’ve been caring for our two sick goats. They are patient and kind when dealing with worried humans, they take the time to explain everything and answer questions, and you can tell they truly care for the animals they treat.

They were absolutely wonderful with our grumpy senior dog!! Both the doctor and the assistant took the time listening to us and were extremely patient with him. Even coming out to the car to give him some meds before we left to make things easier on him!! We look forward to bringing our other pups to them!! We really appreciate how kind hearted and understanding they were!

Dr wormwood is great! She cares for my crazy cat Gaiter that is extremely hard to handle. She tries to be very gentle as he trys to destroy everyone in the room. Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Worked within my budget and helped me treat my Shih-tzu when other local vet gave up on him and refused to treat unless I spent $200 for blood work. Dr. Kincaid did the lesser blood panel which revealed the problem then a quick sonogram gave us more information. Her exam of him left me with no doubt that she knew that he was not in pain and we started treatment. The staff called every few days to check on his condition and they even fit me in when it was his time to go. We will miss Romeo immensely, he was a good dog who never barked, never bit, loved everyone. This vet gained two new customers as a result of her thorough and compassionate care of Romeo - my mother's Shih-tzu and her friend's Yorkie.

My dog became very ill over the last week. The staff has been more than amazing, friendly, and have gone out of their way to help her. I'm so impressed with everyone that I have dealt with.I wish I could give them 10+ stars. My baby didn't make it however, the vet, the techs, Kristi and the rest of the front office were so kind and compassionate. It was like she was their dog. You could see the all really cared. When we are ready to get another dog she or he will be going right to Limerick Mills. Definitely found our vet for life!

I've moved around a lot and had a few different vets but this is by far my favorite vet I've ever had!! The staff is super sweet and the doctors are amazing at what they do. I'm frequently there unfortunately due to a pup with a bad back but they are great, compassionate and don't push/try to sell you things. Amazing place and definitely recommend!

The front desk staff was very attentive and kind. They even helped to get my dog weighed when seeing I was having a hard time while trying to also keep an eye on my toddler. I felt like the doctor who saw my dog truly cares about him and his wellbeing. This is definitely a people and animal friendly establishment. I did not have the same experience at the vet we used to go to.

A wonderful small town clinic that truly cares for the wellbeing of our pets!! Limerick Mills Vet has been absolutely wonderful with our sick kitty. Even though we had not been regular clients they have still gone above and beyond to help our hospice kitty get through her final days as well as possible. I initially gave 5 stars but after the horrid experience I've had over the last few months I've had to come back and change to a single star.If you actually want your animal seen and cared for go elsewhere.Don't even waste your time with this clinic. All you'll end up with is a headache and a still sick animal.Absolutely go elsewhere!!

Editing my review after a new very unexpected/unprofessional experience. I had to take time off from work to help her get the dog and kids to go to the vet. As any parent know with 2 little kids it's difficult to make anything perfectly on time. The vets policy is 15 mins late and they cancel your appointment which is reasonable. But in my case we were 5 mins late. They proceeded to have me weigh my dog and fill out paperwork which all took about 10-15 minutes. While they were looking over the paper work the Vetinarian called the lady at the front desk to go out back.(assuming to talk to her) when she returned they told me unfortunately I am 25 mins late for my appointment, which I was not, and that I had to reschedule for an appointment I already waited a month for. So not only did they waste my time and gas they didn't pay attention to what time my appointment was actually at because they thought my appointment was at 8 but it was for 810. So as a person who is active an military member who is rarely home and time is very important to me with 2 small children. I no longer recommend this clinic if you have a busy lifestyle.

My chihuahua begin I'll overnight and had a fever, wouldn't walk on her back leg and wouldn't eat or drink. She was rapidly going downhill. They got me right in and diagnosed her with Lyme Disease and it caused glomerulanephritis. She was put on medications and special food. She is recovering very well. The staff were so friendly and caring and let me ask questions without making me feel like I was bothering them. I really would recommend them to anyone.

My cat has been ill for the last four days with in and out hospital stays for IV fluids. We went into the weekend and not only got a call on Saturday but on Sunday also from Dr Smith. Really made me feel she cared about my cat and the progress she was making. Would not take my animals any where else.

I've been to quite a few different vetinarians from Texas to Maine over the years and this is by far the best I've ever taking my animals to. Friendly atmosphere, no pressure and caters to the needs of the pet and owner. Very impressive place..oh and very reasonable pricing.

I figured I would use Limerick Mills Animal hospital as it was closer than my usual vet. The actual vet. was nice and professional however the prices and nickle and dime fees were ridiculous . I was quoted 60 on the phone for the check up, by the time I left the price was 128...and i got a even more ridiculous quote range for a surgery to remove a bump or cyste of 1200. I can't help but think greed is fueling their business...some times small town businesses are not the way to go. Very dissatisfied.

I never posted this review, like I should have, but I figured I may as well do so now. This occurred sometime in March 2018.I'd just moved to the area and was looking for a new, close vet to take my elderly cats to. I tried Limerick Mills. I had a female vet (honestly don't remember her name) who did good work, but I also had a free vet visit voucher from the ARLGP, as the elderly cat I had I'd just adopted. Limerick Mills attempted to circumvent this voucher (that's the only reason I can think that they did this) by "prescribing" me over-the-counter things such as expensive specialty food and two supplements, all of which they slapped prescription labels on. I found out they were supplements when I got home and looked them up, and found the exact stuff on Amazon for half the price. The pet food I wasn't as upset about (it wasn't too much cheaper online) but I was put off by how much the vet stressed that I buy the bag from them specifically and not anywhere else. But the fact that I wasn't told that the capsules I was getting were supplements, and that it was instead insinuated that they were meds for the cat's arthritis and kidney disease, was a huge red flag to me. I paid about $150 for what was supposed to be a free introductory visit with a voucher. Needless to say, I did not go back.I understand that what happened is more of a reflection on the specific vet and not the clinic as a whole, and for all I know, that vet is gone now. Just be aware of what you're paying for. If it doesn't look prescription, look it up before you commit to buying. I should have, and I didn't.

The worst vet experience of my life all to do with the office manager. Rude and argumentative. I apparently just paid $65.00 to have the joy of her arguing with me without following through with any services scheduled....such a poor reflection of this business.

The people are very friendly. I only have been there for pictures of Santa and my pets. I've gone for 3 years. They do a wonderful job
