My Doctor called in my prescription at 530 I went to the pharmacy at 630 to get it. They told me it wasn't ready that it would be ready in like 45 minutes. My prescription was not ready. I called at 7:55 PM. They close at 8. They wouldn't let me in the store to pick up my prescription. So I can start my medication for my pneumonia

Called the pharmacy at 7:49 sat on hold until 8:01 to have someone pick the phone up and hang up. I could hear talking and then my call ended. I was trying to find out about a drug interaction.

If you tell my prescription won’t be ready in 10 minutes do not tell me it will be ready in 10 minutes. Do not tell me it will be ready in 10 minutes then let me sit twiddling my thumbs for an hour.

Been trying to rx filled for 3 weeks now. Calls take around 2 hrs, I usually get disconnected around the 2 hrs mark and need to start again. Been trying to speak to someone since 9am today. I'm on the 2nd round on hold. I've clocked around 10 hours of my time. I need my medicine. This is wrong. I was told by their customer service I could maybe try Rumford pharmacy. Um no! So who pays the bill when people start dying or getting really sick from not having their meds?

I had no idea this store was on strike and I had my medicine ordered through there. I waited and called and got through to no one. I had surgery and needed those meds. Normally when there is strike, a notification is sent to customers informing them so that this situation doesn't happen to people who really need their medications.

Pharmacy is a joke, pharmacist showed up 10 mins late without calling anyone. Waited for 45 mins for a script that should've been ready yesterday. But oh ya the best part they got rid of the meds I called to make sure they had ahead of time then get an attitude with you good luck

My 72 year old mother was told to come in today for her vaccine. She drove all the way there to be told you didn't have it. Shame on you!!! This is unacceptable.

Got some photos done yesterday. Never looked at them until I got home. They were head shots for my wife's work. We did 21 4x4's. On the app, they looked good. When we opened them up, all of the top of the heads were cut off. The person who would have developed them should have known these were not right, but I guess they didn't. We won't be getting any pictures from them again. It did cost much, but it's the principle.

The pharmacy is terrible hear I’ll never get a prescription filled from the sabattus st pharmacy again . My son was very sick and we waited 17 hours to get his prescription filled . If the workers cared as much about the sick people as they do their face piercings and died hair and made up genders then Walgreens may be a decent pharmacy

The program their pharmacy has that automatically refills your prescriptions then text you when they're ready is a LIFESAVER!! Happy customer right here!! Their staff are knowledge and friendly, and I'll use them forever!!

Thank you Josh in the pharmacy for your incredible customer service! I called in at 7:15pm and found out that they couldn't fill my prescription because another pharmacy already did. Josh called that pharmacy and had it cancelled. He then saved me money by filling a 90 day supply and it was ready by 7:45. That is great customer service. Thanks so much!!!

Been coming to this pharmacy for many years when it changed to Walgreen from Rite Aid though they seemed to have back stepped a few paces with the change but have proved to be a very professional pharmacy. Staff is always polite and friendly and really seem to attempt in resolving and finding redress with all issues you may find problematic.

Never any issue's at this pharmacy and above and beyond service. I went to Hannaford on Sabattus St for 3 weeks (due to no insurance for 1 month) and during that short time went several times, not once did I have a good experience! I will never leave my Rite Aid again....

They will tell you this afternoon your prescription will be filled waiting on shipment. Then I call back at 4pm and am told oh give us 15 minutes so I get there at 5 and am told we have nothing till tomorrow. This place is unprofessional.

This place should add some additional staff to help with the long long long waiting time that’s always has been my experience …so if ya got 45 mins to wait in the drive up for your script it’s ur kinda place for sure

I went to the pharmacy department and they had about 4 to 5 people working and was there for about 5 minutes no one wanted to help me so I have go across the street to CVS. Lost my business and going to tell everyone one else too!
