Their site listed an item as in stock. It was not, and most of the racks on the wall in this aisle were empty. A gentleman who assisted said it was a busy time of the year for trailer parts.It seemed to me the racks had not been restocked for months. I drove 45 miles to and from the Oxford store and found the racks there were full.

I’ve been a customer of tractor supply for many years and am always met with kindness and help when I go in. Tonight I went in and made the mistake of asking Jim a question about where I could find an item. I was met with an extremely rude, disrespectful response and attitude from him. I couldn’t help but notice when writing this review that someone else had also had a bad experience with him 9 months ago. It is unfortunate that his poor behavior has not been corrected. I left without purchasing anything and will not be returning anytime soon.

My wife and my self had such a bad experience with Jim at the lewiston store, he was rude and very unhelpful! We have been customers since that branch started. And we use to shop there daily! We will not return!!!!!

Picked up a 8ft stock tank today 7/1. Caleb and Henry were both exceptionally helpful and friendly. The young woman at the cash register was great as well we just didn’t catch her name but I heard her say she had only been there a few weeks. Five stars for all three of them.

The young man at the register that was helping me with my return was doing an excellent job at completing the transaction going above and beyond in my opinion and being very kind and respectful. Then Jim had to come in for the clearance for the return and he was very disrespectful to the employee. His aragance was a bit overwhelming and distasteful as he was saying belittling things that very clearly made the employee feel less than worthy. The employee again was doing a great job. The second time Jim had to come into it was worse as he vocally discredited the young mans ability to complete the transaction, acting so arrogant... I could see that the young man was embarrassed by this treatment. No employee should have to be subject to this type of treatment. Punitive measures should be taken on this mans behavior. This young employee has helped me many times and I feel terrible for not remembering his name but he has always been kind, respectful and efficient and I look forward to having him help me in the future as he is always super nice and helpful. Great service on his part yet horrible treatment from his boss. I hope to never have to deal with this Jim "gentleman" again, or see the staff have to deal with him again.

One of the employees here, Maddie, provides fantastic customer service. She helped me when I initially visited the Lewiston store for equine supplies and Maddie remembered me as a customer when I came in for more of the same supplies. She called several stores on my behalf and is very friendly and happy to help in any way she can.

I would NOT recommend doing any business with this place. We ordered a gun safe and not only was it rusted, when we took the sticker off it peeled the whole paint off. The refund process has been a hassle having to go back and forth to the store more than just a couple of times. I would NOT buy any large merchandise from this place.. ever

Always enjoy going here . It has lots of pet supplies for my guinea pigs too! The young man today was very sweet . He has lots of bunnies. He is kind speaks to customers and good worker to have bc of his friendliness and that is very important to me when shopping. It has a huge variety of other things as well. Very clean and organized store. I like that too! Some prices are high too me r average but overall not bad. Not sure if sales but be cool if did. I highly recommend!

I am a regular customer at the Lewiston store. Jim is to be commended for consistently going above and beyond my customer service expectations. He is always friendly, courteous and helpful. He always has a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone ☺️

So two different reviews here.From a associate position... DO NOT WORK HERE.Pay is terrible for the amount of work you have to do here, and the manager is a snake I don't know how he is even qualified for that position, and acts like a troubled child. It's not worth your time or mentality. Place is always a mess no matter how much you clean and make space there is always more trash. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT WORK HERE.as a customer point of view yeah they have great selection of product to purchase, but seeing the corporate side of this place and how things are run. I don't want to give them my business any more.

Unbelievable service there is a young lady there i think her name was Brie. She is one of a kind. The state of Maine needs more employees like this women. Detail oriented, kind ,knowledgeable with a twist of pure personality makes this employee a wonderful example of what most people would want walking intoTractor Supply store. Oh and the pump was the last one in the store and i was able to get there before it sold. I do believe tractor supply should allow pay over the phone and pick up as I did drive quickly there not to miss the purchase, my Moms basement was filling with water and she would have lost her boiler if i hadn't made it to the store. THE PUMP IS A LITTLE HURCULES IN MY OPINION IT RAN FOR 12 HOURS ONLY SHUTTING DOWN FOR FUEL DEFINATLEY RECOMMEND

I buy one of my dogs food here. It's convenient with multiple locations. Easy in and out. They also have a rewards/loyalty program which may benefit you if you shop there more often than I do. Will continue to shop here for dog/cat food and possibly other hardware needs in the future.

The two gentleman who were working last night (Thursday 9/9) were wonderful! We called before hand to see if they had a product for our dog and the gentleman that picked up not only told us that they had what we were looking for, but went out of his way to tell us about another similar product as well. While we were getting what we were looking for, we bumped into a customer (with a dog) who had an accident on the floor whom did not happen to report it. My partner and I found an employee who was on the sales floor, to let him know about the accident and he promptly took care of it, without fuss. We proceeded to check out and the gentleman working at the register was SO friendly and personable. Working in retail right now is not easy and dealing with customers can be extremely challenging. We also appreciated that they had masks on, so thank you Tractor Supply, Lewiston. I hope these two men get recognition for the service they provided to us last night. And sorry you had to clean up someone else’s mess. We will be returning for all of our pet needs! Thank you!!

The people are always friendly and very helpful. They're very personable and easy going. We get all kinds of stuff there from dog food and chews to tractor tires and last time we went in to inquire about their gun safes. We will be back, if not for anything else than the customer service.

Great variety here. My husband loves the work pants selection they offer. I love the selection of dog-items. It's a nice store that should suit most of your outdoor needs, and probably a number of your indoor ones as well.

Bought a Husky Lawn Mower from Tractor supply 10 years ago. Just got a flat and went in and found almost what I needed. My tire was 13x5.6. I found them but the newer rims had a smaller center hole and would not slide on. If I had bought a 15x5.6 that center rim hole would fit. Anyways staff was great, especially Michael he new exactly what to do. He took me over to the inner tube section and there after about 10 minutes we found the one and only 13x5.00.6 tube. Thank you Micheal for your help.

I like Tractor Supply. They have a great selection, and like most other box stores, you can order online and have it shipped to the store. Not as convenient as having it delivered to your doorstep, but it ships free. Also, their bathrooms are clean. You can tell a lot about a place by their attention to details. I consider a clean restroom an important detail.

This store has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. All of the floor managers have horrible attitudes. I also work in customer service, if I treated my guests like that I would be fired. After almost a year of dealing with them, I'm happy to say I won't ever step foot in that store again.

I went in to get heat lamps. There were no associates to help, the cashier ended up giving me a more expensive one since no one was available to find the ones they said we're in stock, but weren't on the sheet. It was really frustrating but I ended up getting a good deal.

Took my puppy there for the pet clinic. The vet and the helpers were fantastic. And the price were definitely reasonable. Much cheaper than going to the vet for thr same shots. No complaints

Ordered online. Picked up at Lewiston, Maine store. Followed pickup directions carefully but store attendant seemed to follow a different path and couldn't find my paperwork, even though I brought it a d handed it to him. Needs to follow company directions for pickup customers.

I had a Poulan brand chainsaw that I bought two years, it stopped working. The nice folks at the register helped me replace it without too much fuss. Buying the protection plan was defiantly a good idea.

Great hours. Wide variety of nuts/bolts/fasteners for sale by weight. You can buy exactly the amount you need for a project. Plus, the propane is conveniently set up for on-site filling. Service was immediate.

I bought a new husky rider mower, the third time it wouldn't go forward or backwards, I bought it back with no problem at all. I ended up with a new cub cadet, a better lawn tractor for a really great deal, I'm happy.
