The lady and gentlemen here are super friendly and helpful. Although if some of them aren't as knowledgeable, they will get someone who is. Had the cutting issue a few times when busy, but nothing extreme. Great quality bud as well. Easily matches sensimilla's quality without all the creepy employees

Staff are super friendly and always treat me with kindness. As soon as I walk in I'm greeted by employees and the beautiful aroma of the biggest selection of flower and edibles I've seen in one place in Maine. The atmosphere feels like a cozy coffee shop. I trust their product, though I've only tried sale strains so far; they're still incredible quality. Use caution with the lemonade, it's definitely made to work! I especially love the rewards program.

I’ve been going to Medco for almost a year now and honestly out of all the shops around town they have got to be the best! Not only is there a price point for everyone but there is a sale every single day! Not to mention the staff go above and beyond as far as customer service goes! Patty Ryan Clay and Nick are always amazing just to name a few of the awesome people who truly care about their clientele. Always a good experience when I got in almost twice a week!

I absolutely love this place. Just came to Lewiston last week and I haven't gone to anywhere else. The budtenders behind the counter are fantastic and extremely informative. I believe their products to be good/effective and think their prices are just right! Cannot wait to go back.

They have some pretty decent strains and good prices the staff seemed friendly and helpful plus you get added benefits for purchasing through their shop such as edibles that are really good as well. Overall a good experience. Highly recommend checking them out 😊

I've had some decent experiences ordering from Medco before but as of late a few times stopping in and noticing them not zeroing out their scales after placing the bag, an order was 3 grams short, and then the straw on the camel's back is ordering a delivery at 9:12 in the morning and then not hearing anything until I call at 2PM only for the order to not get to me even by 3:30 until I call again I was too frustrated to even accept it when it was 10 minutes away plus I had to leave for my other errands that I was waiting 6 hours to able to do not know when they would have supposedly arrived. Whatever they're doing their business model has gone down.

I'm giving a 4 star review because every other time I've gone, I've loved it. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff.However today I checked out strains online before going because I was short on time and when it was my turn I told the staff member what strains I wanted and was told they were out of both and the website isn't kept up to date very well... So I shifted to see their board and make a choice when that gentleman took the person behind me rather than give me a minute to make my decision! I was put off by that and had to wait another 5 or so minutes before it was my turn again. I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and say the person who helped me was new? He didn't seem to know what was going on, took forever to weigh it out, and didn't apply the discount I was entitled to despite cutting into the card I gave him to say the discount was used 🤦I've never had a problem there before today. Honestly whenever I'm asked or I talk to my friends about going to dispensary's, I always say MedCo is my favorite! Clean place, you can watch people make stuff in their lab, they have various strains under magnification so you can get a good look at em and they're usually quick to get people in and out. Usually.

This place has the most kind hearted people that work there I have ever met. Everyone behind the counter is always willing and ready to help a customer! I have been to shops across the state and never have I been to a dispensary thats even comparable with customer service even with complete strangers. I travel almost 45 minutes one way to ship here since I moved out of Lewiston and though their product is better than most as well it is the amazing customer service and the amount the people working there that care that mainly keeps me coming back. Good product can be easy to find but good but with a smile and friendly conversation is rare these days, nice to see a place that has both! :) can't leave this place without a smile on my face even if I'm having a shifty day!

The staff are so kind and friendly, so I hate to write this review because I believe this is a management and organization issue, not the fault of the individual staff members. The first issue is oftentimes when ordering weed it comes out a bit short. The other issue is ordering for delivery, it can take quite a while but it’s worth it for the service, until today. After my friend and I waited 6 1/2 hours for a delivery, we finally gave up and cancelled the order because we had been waiting over SIX hours and had errands to run. They then called back about five minutes later to ask if we could meet them somewhere, after wasting almost seven hours of my day. Obviously the answer is no, because I had stuff to do. They lost me and my friend as a customer today for their poor customer service, “losing” my order, and not acting like they even cared after all this hassle.

This was my first time in this establishment. I was treated surprisingly professionally by the relative young ages of the hosts (my choice). My questions were answered to my satisfaction and there was no pushing me to buy all of the inventory. The place is very chill from this antique.

Though prices were good, they were unresponsive while I was waiting for a delivery (which took over 2 hours). I purchased what I believed to be an ounce (28 grams) on a special that indicated that ounce would be bumped up to 32 grams, but I weighed it to find out it was only 27 grams, i.e. not even a full ounce. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

The staff are nice, the product is not. I grabbed some of the sale flower because it was a good price but I guess you get what you pay for... The flower is yellow/brown, covered in leaf, tastes of hay, and I have an unbelievable headache after smoking it. This isn't medicine :(

Great products and prices however my first two visits there I had no issues staff treated me fine the third time however staff claimed that they couldn't assist me because I had an out-of-state medical card and they kicked me out of the shop, even though I had been there two previous times that day and the day prior.

I was upset when I wrote my last review and was not fair in my review Medio is a good place they sell grams of any kind ,and very friendly but why is it you can't see the scale in meat markets you can see the small the say there grams are but don't let you see my only gripe is you can't see the scale?I've tried multiple times I tried to see but have failed

I am an out of state patient from MA with a medical card. Over the past year I have been to Medco several times, and each time was superb. Medco has excellent prices, a WIDE variety of strains (both past & current) and great customer service. The bud I have gotten from them (I always buy their top shelf bud and occasionally, their mid shelf) has always had a super strong smell, a nice appearance and was sticky. The strains I have tried would burn slow and even. I do not remember all of the strains I have purchased from them, but just to name a few-blue dream, blue dream haze, super lemon haze, sundae driver, green crack, strawberry glue, grape pupil, purple diesel, Girl Scout cookies, Bruce Banner, bubblegum, wedding cake, blue zkittles, gg#4, rug burn og & strawberries and cream.One thing that drives me nuts when I read reviews on here, is when I read 'troll reviews.' I call them this because I can tell they are fake reviews or are reviews motivated by something other than the product they received. For example, maybe a customer goes to a store and does like the product, but they didn't like the person who helped them, or they are mad that the strains always run out or they are jealous that people from other states can come up and buy it. So, what they do is, they write a review not based on the actual product, but based on subjectivity and their emotions. Looking over some of the recent negative reviews of Medco, I could tell they were JUST that. For example, a man named "Tim" complained that Medco was selling to out of state patients illegally, saying that once they crossed the state line, it was against the law. THIS IS FALSE. Last June, Maine basically developed "reciprocity" with other states, including mine, which means MA patients are legally allowed to travel to Maine to get their medication AND drive home with it.Another reviewer complained about Medco's bud and called it moldy and trashy. No details were mentioned--not the strain, not the shelf it came from. Well, in that case it appears that they probably bought a sale strain from them. People, a sale strain is JUST that-- a SALE. You can't think you are going to pay $110 or $125 for an ounce of bud and are going to get top shelf bud--you are not. Their sale bud isn't bad, but it's not top shelf. People should be grateful that they even have THIS OPTION though. Most places don't sell ounces for less than $200--so to have a cheaper option, whether you are low on funds, or u would just like to bake with, is such a nice option to have. In MA where I live, regular ounces do not go for less than like $300 in most medical stores. And the crazy thing is, a lot of MA bud is not that great. The medicine I have gotten in MA dispensaries has often had little smell and was dry. In MA, I do not have the option TO SEE or TO SMELL the bud before I get it, which I do not like at all because then I have no idea what Im going to get! Also, due to Covid many stores in MA stayed with just doing "pick ups" and have still not opened to the public. The main issue with this is, when covid happened, their menus were TERRIBLE. And I don't mean with WHAT they offered but with their prices. For example, the cost of an eighth was/is $50--but that is ALL they offered. Meaning, if you wanted to buy a quarter, you had to buy 2 eighths ($100), or if you wanted to buy an ounce you had to buy 8 eighths ($400) which is absolute insanity.At least at Medco, you can SEE and SMELL the bud they are offering to you. And you can know its fresh because they are CONSTANTLY getting new strains in daily. For the most part, strains are not sitting around at Medco. I'm sure their sale strains do though, because that's the nature of sale strains. But in the past when I have called Medco, they could get a strain in on one day, and be gone the next night. That's why I ALWAYS call BEFORE I head to their store. Do not just rely on their menu--call ahead.Lastly, Medco has deals everyday of the week & 3 days a week you can get a top shelf ounce for a little over $150 with tax.You CAN NOT BEAT THAT PRICE!

Love coming here. the staff are friendly and patient. They have different teir flowers which are priced accordingly. Their sale strains are literally sale strains for a reason they aren't the best but not terrible . The clementine cookies is the only sale strain I would recommend but ALL of their higher teir flower is great.

Great store. I was there the day they opened and get all my medicine there. Good selection of 💐 regardless of your economic situation, cartridges, tropicals edibles and of course pipes and paraphernalia to get set up. Great store. Weed and peeps ;)
