I bought a gallon of milk on May 3 it had an expiration date for May 8 which would be more time we would use it, on May 4th I smelled it and it was already sour, this is the second time I've had this happen to me and will be the last, if you want food products at this place use caution ⚠️ since this place opened I have had alot of problems with this and also my credit card info stolen WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN WISH IT WOULD CLOSE!!!!!!!

Went there for gas this afternoon and asked for gas the guy yanked the money from my hand never said a word so I walked out but..very poor customer service.

The young lady with glasses is awesome. She's always smiling and has no problem helping the customers. Many times I've encountered cashiers who act as though you're messing up their day by cashing out. I'm glad to say this young lady is not like that and I will continue to go there because of her.

It would be nice if they would put receipts in the gas pumps. When I asked about it the girl said I was lucky I got gas in the pump and laughed. Not good!

Ashley, is the rudest, disrespectful, and most inconsiderate cashier I have ever dealt with. Trying to buy a tobacco product that she does not like selling. I asked for the product, she stood there and told me no. I had to respectfully reapet myself three times saying please everytime before she actually turned around and grabbed the item. Also she never asked for my ID. This haopens on a regular basis. No other employee has ever spoke to me the way she does. I'm not sure how y'all run that place, but from a customer perspective this is not a respectful or eligible employee. As well there are plenty of peole some I know, some I just bump into going in or out of the store. Everyone always says the same thing. Ashley is extremely rude and disrespectful to your customers.

my son was starving and cold but food and comfort was not what was given from this establishment. this is all because they close at 8pm EST on Tuesday evenings. this could have simply been avoided with another 2 hours of open-to-public-access.

These people would not even refill coffee station! Even after we asked for creamer, we were told to carry our hot coffee across the store to get creamer from iced coffee station... we grabbed our own cups out from underneath the cupboards...smh

I had my uncle buy me cigarettes and a zigzag wrap while he was going in to buy alcohol because I was sick. They didnt have one of the types I asked for. He came outside to make sure with my decision. She then wouldn't let him grab the cigarettes because she needed to see my ID. Which I understand 100%! What angered me is I had to go in there to show my ID and buy my cigarettes all while she had STILL LET HIM BUY AND LEAVE with ALCOHOL and MY WRAP but NOT the cigarettes. I'm sorry, but she needs to be retrained and bad move for an assistant manager! She should've never let him leave with Alcohol or the wrap if she was denying the cigarettes without an ID! How did she know the alcohol and wrap wasn't for me? Because the wrap was, that she let him leave the store with. Good thing I am of age.

Your assistant manager kaitlin is the most immature unhelpful manager i have ever seen. She runs around the store singing baby shark. I was in there buying food last week and she was talking about an employee and talking horrible about them. In my opinion she shouldn't be an assistant manager if she can't stop gossiping and act her age

Horrible service, rude as hell even the manager. I was told to take off my mask in public because they didn’t believe my ID so I grabbed my PASSPORT a universal form of identification. I have two separate things matching plus all my cards and everything. Not to mention how rude they were about the whole situation. Unfortunately never stopping at this company ever. I’ll go an hour out my way just to not go here I would recommend everyone do the same.

Nourias is a very unprofessional company there has been underage sales and management sits in the office all day laughing and having a grand old time while there co workers get slammed with the deliverys and there is so much favoritism toward women it's just a horrible environment those that ever think of applying to work here don't it's not worth the stress they promised there employees raises and never gave them to them there co workers get threatened by customers over this mask bs and the employee is the one to get scolded for it it's just a horrible company all the way around I would bring my business elsewhere it's not worth the bs with this company

It was couple hours ago about 2am I went in the store while the store worker was cleaning ,she came to my attendant then went for coffee ,while I was at the coffee corner she went back to the storage I couldn't see thinking she was cleaning the bathroom I walked towards the bathroom door here she was coming out she panicked thinking I was a bad guy I feel bad for her tonpanic at the same time calling for the cops wasent wright I decent do nothing wrong only I was judged will never go back to nauria

Most of the staff I have meet are nice however they are there to work not slack off make me stand there for 10min while they sing I only Go there now to get food sadly still have to deal with the rejects
