Great veterinary practice. The entire staff here is awesome, we love it so much that even after moving an hour away we continue to bring our dogs there. The Vets, techs and reception staff are all amazing and we’ve never had bad visit (and due to rehabbing one of our dogs we were there a lot). Everyone there makes you feel like they value their clients, and are always happy to see you. Have to give a special shout out to Colby, our dogs absolutely adore her (especially Hazel)!

My dog Benson is so loved and treated very well by the staff at LRAH. His veterinarian is Stephanie Robitaille. She is knowledgeable, kind to the pets, and a great listener. When she doesn't know something, she seeks to find answers. The rest of the staff is wonderful. They are attentive, personable, and work hard. Benson gets tons of attention from Maddy, Ashley, Hannah, Becca, Colby, Risa, Emily, Chris, and all the other super staff. Thank you all for caring for my beloved pets

The veterinarians here have taken great care of our pets. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Our dog has had a few health problems and they've been able to fit him in when acute problems developed. Dr Robitaille was very compassionate when we had to euthanize our last dog due to cancer. Highly recommend them for expert treatment

I love Lisbon Road Animal Hospital! The staff (front desk, vet techs, vets and town manager) are so compassionate and understanding. They helped my family so much with our dog Camo as we struggled with his diabetes until we had to make the final decision. They treated us compassionately through the whole process and understood Camo was like a child to us. I appreciate them so much and think of them as family.

All four of my furbabies are and we’re patients. The pups pic was the absolute most heart breaking days of my life. I had to make the most heart breaking day of our lives. The staff were so great and sympathetic They were gentle and loving to our girls. They helped us to make the right decision. The staff here hold a special place in our hearts. We are so lucky to have them for our babies care!

Lisbon Road Animal Hospital is truly a blessing to pet owners like myself. Everyone there is not only very professional and good at what they do, they are also truly kind and caring as well. Our pets have always been given the best care possible. All of the doctors are great and, in particular Dr. Stephanie Kuietauskas has been the doctor we have seen the most and she is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend LRAH and Dr. Kuietauskas, as well as all of the vets there.

We have been with LRAH for many years. From our family dog growing up to my own dogs now. We have seen multiple veterinarians and vet techs and everyone is caring and compassionate. We have sadly had to put down two of our pups and the love and care we received is what has us driving from Auburn to care for our current dog. Our furry friends are our family, and we really want the best care for them. LRAH is it.

This was my fisrt visit. The vet and all of the staff, although my dog was insecure and in pain, they were all very considerate of this and went out of their way to accommodate him as best they could and still get the samples they needed and examine him. He has been improving since. My only thing is, vets are expensive. Even considering that, I thought they were very fair. I will go back there when necessary.

The office staff are wonderful. The vet assistant lacked personality and was glib, but Dr. Morgan was great with my Schnauzer Maggie, which made things much better. Their prices seemed fair, and I didn't wait very long at all. Good place to bring your pets.

I tried Lisbon Rd Animal Hospital because it was close to home. My cat 🐈 Toby doesn't enjoy going to the vet or riding in a car. We will continue going to this hospital because he was more at ease and comfortable than anywhere else.

We are new here, but so far I have zero complaints. I was booked and seen in a timely manner. If you can't reach them by phone they welcome you to pop in, and 100% each and every member there has greeted us with genuine kindness. They are busy and short handed, yet never make you feel like you are interrupting or a bother.Our kitten is battling for his life right now, I stopped in three times yesterday while they held him for tests. Each time I was welcomed with a smile and compassion. The tech is amazing. She cared for our little guy as if he was her pet, and is extremely knowledgeable, she helped me understand all of our options and the processes. The doctor is so kind and patient and made me feel confident in our choices of treatment.

They have always been wonderful to me and my sister's pets. They were so respectful and kind while I tried to swallow down my grief. The young woman who was the nurse assisting the dr was absolutely so sweet and patient. I was grieving my spouse who I lost 3 years ago on April 18th simultaneously and did end up saying that out loud. I'm sure this threw her off of her normal way of presenting information to me about my kitty's options. For me, this just gave evidence to her natural abilities in compassion. I truly wish I could remember her name. She was lovely and kind even when my kitty was too scared to be nice to her. I truly admire and appreciate that there are people like her in this world and even though I was confused when leaving, I just want it to be known that going through that yesterday was horrible, but if I didnt have someone like her there with her sweetness and genuine kindness in her eyes, I wouldn't know what to do. Soon, once I have found myself a new kitty, I will be so glad to introduce him/her to the staff here. Hands down, the best animal clinic in Maine.
