I guess this wasn't my day at the shop, they were very busy however once I finally got somebody to talk to me, about 2 and 1/2 hours went by. Finally got a guy to talk to me about a bike but really wasn't too interested in talking to me at all. All is good, I went to another Harley shop, purchased a new bike.

LA Harley is a great hangout for all the different types of "Bikers ". We may be a rather eclectic group but we all have the Harley in common. Lots of activities and entertainment, Great food and drinks too. And you never know when mom will let you upgrade your ride.

I had stopped in a few times over the summer and looked at a few bikes and asked a bunch of questions. I finally decided to pull the trigger on a bike and went in and sat down with Bill and Josh to go over a few questions and the numbers. When we found a bike that I liked and fell within my budget, I went in and talked to Scott (aka scooter). From start to finish there was never any feeling of being pressured. Some of the best staff I have encountered.

Matt, a tech in the service department, was awesome when I told him I was thinking about a new bike. He arranged the whole process knowing that I was busy. He was the middleman between Bob and I when I had questions and set up times for Bob and Scott to work with me. Absolutely above and beyond his job duties. Bob, Scott and Rodney were professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I was able to get in and out and answered any financial related questions I had. Dan and Robert are currently working with me on a paint issue and am happy with their attentiveness. La Harley is great.
