Clean store .I Do have a big problem with there gift cards not working and some how showing no money on the gift cards when I just got the gift cards from my Boss as a Christmas Gift .I get them every year and they never work.Nobody has ever gotten back to me about this 😕 I've left my name and cell number for the Mangers and gave it to the cashier and they never called me back 😒!!!!!!!!

Showed up to just cash a check and got greeted with the best customer service I have ever seen! I didn't catch the workers name, but the young black gentleman helped out 4 customers while cashing my check, he seems like a very hard worker and I hope he's working whenever I cash my checks now, he made a mundane errand feel fun and actually sounds interested in what you're talking about when he asks how you're day is going. 5 star service!

This is the best Hannaford in the twin Cities! Clean, easy to find what your looking for. They have large tags on the sale items on the shelves so you can easily spot a good deal. The employees are happy to help customers. They have a wonderful bottle return system with "Clink" just swipe a tag, put your bottles in and within a day or two get your money deposited in your account. Easy Peasy! The pharmacists seem overwhelmed at times yet keep their composure and are hard working at getting prescriptions filled. I would suggest calling to make sure your prescription is ready if you dont have the time to sit and wait. It's not always an in and out situation and if you do go right after a doctor appointment, bring some patience and know you will most likely be there for 20 minutes to a half hour.

Don't mind shopping here but this cart auto locking thing is super annoying, at least 5 or 6 times it's locked before even going outside to put your groceries away. This is the only shopping place that I know that has these and they need to go, the amount of times I'm either stuck there waiting to be unlocked or get scolded by employees and treated like I've stollen something is insane. I'll be avoiding Hannaford until these are gone.

Accosted upon leaving store for shoplifting today. I had purchased 3 items via two separate purchases. I then crumpled thetwo receipts and put them in the trash.Unfortunately it became apparent that it would be in my best interest to dig in the trash and uncrinkle other crumpled receipts to find mine. Can you imagine if I hadn't been able to find my receipts that I had just put their minutes before?As the manager and I dug through the trash can,my receipts were the last ones to come out.I had all I could do to stay on my feet as a panic attack began to overtake me.Then the manager had to make sure the three items on the receipts were the actual items I was holding.Been a lifelong customer along with myparents for over 60 years at this store and now my mom and dad have passed.Lucky them.I have all I can do just to get to the damn store. Great system Hannaford.God help us all.

Rude, snippy pharmacy tech blurts out that an Rx ordered on 11/17/23 (consists of 5 days of once/day pills so #5) is not ready on 11/19, over 48 hours later and say's you'll have to come back after 3pm "we can't fill it in 6 minutes Sir" and they close at 2pm for lunch. Stop taking Rx's if your pharmacy cannot meet the demand. Seems simple. Profits over people. I had the Rx routed to a different provider, never again.

It’s a Hannaford. This is one of the bigger ones in the area, which is nice. A bit pricy but you have good selection of products.

My wife and I stopped in to grab a couple items, but she accidentally left her cellphone on the little shelf at the register. She didn't realize that she had left it until we got home, so we gave the store a call and they said that they had it at the service desk. What we really appreciated was that they didn't just hand it over, they asked 3 or 4 questions first. Like what register was it left at, roughly what time did we lose it, what are colors on the phonecase, etc..Keep up the good work Hannaford!

Good location. Great variety of food and drinks. Very helpful, respectful staff. Always seem to be able to get in and out quickly with what I need. The management takes great care of this location. Very clean store. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible. If needed, parking for vehicles with wheelchair lifts. Overall, great experiences here. My favorite grocery store, hands down.

I will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible. Prescriptions were called in at 10am, I came to pick them up at 5:45pm, and still not ready! This is the third time it has taken multiple days to get simple medications for my kids and I. Please go elsewhere. If I could give it no stars I would have!

Worst Hannaford's experience I've had. Refused to allow usage of the store membership t card while I signed up for a new one, expecting me to pay 3x more than what the discount would've been. They were also incredibly slow. Willing to travel the extra 5 miles to shop anywhere but this place.

Clean, friendly and courteous. Affordable with many items to choose from. Pharmacy and customer service available as well as bottle redemption, restrooms, Redbox, coinstar and an ATM. (However I advise just taking out cash at the register which does not charge a fee like an ATM machine ! :)

Shopping early this Labor Day morning and there was a few things in the deli not in the cooler Hannaford American cheese! I was told it was on the bottom of the pile ok no worries. I believe his name is Steve told me I’ll get that for you! Then the wife wanted something from the olive bar not opened yet. Yep! Steve I hope that’s his name I’ll get that open for you guys.I have my own business and experience people not doing there job everyday when I see someone digging in and really working hard and keeping customer service at the top of there list it should be recognized! This man deserves all you can do for him as an employer he is spot on and hard working every time I go into the store.

The manager on duty most days is very rude, following customers around 5 to 10 minutes before closing and telling them that the store is closed or to get to the register or they won’t be cashed out, I’ve seen him many times doing this and I watched and stepped in one time because he made an elderly woman cry, me and my daughter also found multiple bugs in our produce so we never buy produce there, the milk and dairy coolers are disgusting and have dead flies and mold in them and don’t seem to get cleaned out often or at all I used to go there almost every day now I only use the Sabattus Street Hannaford when it’s necessary because it’s conveniently located near my house. I’ve started ordering from Walmart and having them deliver it the next day rather than go to that Hannaford again. The Hannaford on Spring Street in Auburn is very different. They’re nice. The store is very clean. The produce is always fresh and the produce area is clean I used to live near the auburn one and miss that store.

They need more and better quality women's plus size clothing. They have two racks, maybe. This is a huge clothing industry now, and we large women are tired of boring, cheaply made synthetic out of style clothes. It's common in every TJMax, basically, but this store is worse.

Terrible. Totally gone downhill since they "expanded" by adding more rows but NOT adding more space. It's so overcrowded in there now that even the employees are frustrated. And yet: they STILL put random shelves of stuff right in the middle of the rows so you can't pass another cart going the other way without standing around waiting for them to get past it... And don't get me started about the "self checkout isles". If I wanted to check myself out I would order from Amazon. NO, I do NOT think I can scan my items faster than a trained employee. So stop making me do it, ok? (Edit) STILL SUCKS!

Great produce and deli departments. Meat is getting very expensive, but I guess that is a problem everywhere. Store is always clean and well lit. I like the fact that they have a good supply of smaller carts. They make it easier to get around store. Especially when store is crowded.

Overall it is a fine place. Staff are friendly, but lots of empty areas on the shelves. Not there fault though. Post pandemic issues(Bidens administration is at fault) for supply chain issues and making people not want to work(stimulus money).

I have been shopping at this location for many years and it has never failed. The store is extremely dependable and really pulled together as a team during the pandemic. Through a harrowing experience, I watched these folks push forward with a smile and carry strength. They have a great rewards program and really try to keep it as affordable as possible during these times of rising prices. I am appreciative to have them.

As an Instacart shopper, I can understand and work around the out of stock items this location consistently has. Tonight, though, (12/11/22) when that issue added 15 minutes AT LEAST onto my order, I expected the store associates to be a little lenient on me taking a while to find my items. However, I came up to the register at 9 o’clock exactly and the manager on duty (conveniently not wearing a nametag) told us we couldn’t cash out. Imagine doing an hour and a half’s worth of work to be told you can’t be cashed out at 9 o’clock. I’ve worked retail, I’ve been a retail manager, I know how the tills and the registers work. There is absolutely no reason we should not have been allowed to cash our 50+ items out for three different customers. This is disgusting and for that same manager to laugh at the idea of me losing money, be condescending and rude to me when asked if we could cash out, and continue to smirk and be confident in himself? I’m never taking an InstaCart order from this store again. You guys are nasty. “My workers don’t want to stay past 9”, yet every other retailer at least takes care of the customers in the store before complaining. Do your jobs. Instacart workers are YOUR WORKERS. I can’t time these orders out to YOUR closing times- Instacart timed it out perfectly. You could have spared five minutes.

This store is always very clean & organized.However the last time I went in, I took my granddaughter to restroom and there was splattered blood all up the wall, on the toilet & trashcan, wall & floor, considering it's a baby changing station and being the town it's in. Maybe lock it & have people ask for key??🤷🏼‍♀️🤔Also Everytime I used self checkout the machines were dirty & sticky. Luckily I carry my own Lysol wipes LoL. Other than that the store & employees are great 👍

The best box grocery chain in maine. The food is fresh. If you aren't satisfied, they offer a double your money back hassle free guarantee. The guarentee is puts them above the rest. I had an issue with a lemonade that wasn't sealed and didn't pop. They had me go get another and paid me my money back.
