I was expecting a wait due to the power outages. But while waiting in the lobby. I heard a young woman of color yell out Large Black coffee. Her co worker politely asked her to not say it so loud. She responded, well you know I’m a “race” baiter…I, along with the 2 other women standing beside me were saddened to hear that. I hope someone can coach this young lady on how to act when serving the public.

Nobody was in the parking lot. Nobody was in the drive-through. They told me to hold. I sat in the drive-through for five minutes, waiting to place my order then they take my order I get to the window. All the girls are over by the tables not even in the area where they make the food and make the drinks. One of the girls was braiding another girls hair Are you kidding me you put me on hold to braid your hair if so, literally sat there waiting for them to make my drink 10 minutes later two of the girls leave again and the girl that is at the window had to make my drink. Wow I think they need new workers or somebody that wants to work. to top that all off my drink wasn’t even made right

I’ve been meaning to review this location because of how awesome it is. I am so thankful this is the location right near my work! Customer service is always excellent. Even if they messed up my order (don’t recall them ever) I would not even care cause the customer service is always great! Everything is always fresh and made correctly. Even when the line is long I still make it to work on time because they are fast and accurate. By far the best location in the L/A area

This is my normal go-to Sunday dunkin, and I normally go to a dunkin 3-4 times a week. This morning was not their normal. They did not give me my coffee roll, they said they were out of small cups (I have 3 and 4 year old granddaughters who need to share), I asked for chocolate and jelly donut holes and got a mix and lastly asked for chocolate caramel cold brew and got caramel swirl. I hope this was just a bad morning. As I said I normally would give them 5 stars

Very pleasant staff while going through drive through. My coffee wasn't made correctly the first time so minus 1 star for that. So I parked and entered the store to remedy the situation and it was a nice clean establishment, I was greeted properly and was asked if there was a problem with my drink and I simply said "it didn't taste right" and she told me she would remake it for me. I believe that's how it should be but that's just my opinion! Solid 4 stars!!

Well the last time I was there I was gonna go through the drive thru. Line was to long,I put my order in and I had waited for 30 plus minutes for a ☕. As the drive thru went fast and they kept looking at us all either waiting for their orders or waiting to order. As 3 more workers walked out from the back. There was no need for any of us to be waiting for as long as we all did. I had told the girl who had originally waited on me I had still been waiting for my ice coffee and it was like she just ignored me. Some one else retook my order, I will not ever go there again when it is busy in the place at all

Nine times out of 10 I will pass four or five different Dunkin' donuts to get to this one as they always have what I need or want and I've never had issue., Also everyone is super nice that works here

The gentleman in the drive thru window at 8:30 am on 4/29/2022. Was absolutely rude and argumentative with me stating that I had not placed a mobile order even though I was showing him a receipt that I had. The previous day I had also made a mobile order for a cold brew coffee with cold foam via the app. I ended up receiving an iced coffee with no cold foam, which I accepted, under the pretense that I would receive a refund when the manager was in today on 4/29/2022. You guys have lost a customer and I will contact corporate as this is theft.

Usually amazing. Today, 5/5/19, it wasn't. They had 1 other person in there besides my friend getting my online order and 4 girls were working. They took forever to acknowledge his existence and they made my coffee wrong. It is on the online order ticket. Please learn to read better.

The Dunkin in the new location is lacking in a lot of ways. Inside looked a mess, workers were very rude. Got my coffee wrong twice and it’s a very simple coffee and shouldn’t have been messed up. I asked for 3&3 liquid sugar. My fist coffee was black and my second had grain sugar. I was told I didn’t tell the cashier I wanted cream and sugar but I 100% did. I watched him put it into the machine and then take it out. Very upset with the service I got. One of the managers spoke to me very rudely for no reason at all.

I think they were training someone new ( I hope at least) They attempting to hand out the wrong order to the car ahead of us then did same with us. Everything took much longer than usual. Our drinks were fine once we got them .

9 times out of 10 my order will be wrong. Being consistent is not this locations forté. Even repeating order details multiple times every time I visit something ALWAYS comes out wrong. The standards of how a coffee should be made is different per employee. Terrible location to get coffee. Half of the employees are rude, trashy, and look like recovering addicts. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on since the basic staff can't seem to do their basic work duties efficiently.

The coffee was fresh ND hot. However the staff was mostly young ND very very rude to me. Nor could they answer any questions I asked In regards to their community FREE WIFI they offer to customers. Probably will not go to this particular dunkin often

My brother & I pick up a Blueberry Muffin every morning for our 91 year old mom.. it’s the High light of her Morning (Staff is Always Friendly & Hardworking ) one morning I lost my debt card..realized it later that day! Called & spoke with Katie the Manager, she was Awesome . She went beyond what I expected , she went outside , check safes and looked inside etc. She was so Sweet & sympathetic....We Need More Katie’s in this world❣️Ps I found my debit card in My Car

I think the new owner sucks, i have bought of their travel mugs where you are supposed to get refills at a lower price and he want honor that. My husband and i went in ,each of us having the same cup and got charged two different prices. We left our number for the owner to call us and we still have not heard the phone ring. If hes not going to do the refill in the cups hes selling then he should not sell them.

3 girls working inside, allowed me to sit at the drive up speaker for 15 minutes without acknowledgement. I then drove up to the window where i waited another 5 or 10 minutes only to be ignored. I knocked on the window and continued to be ignored. I then pulled into the parking lot, got out of my truck and found that the doors were locked. This was about 6:53 pm. The store closes at 9pm. This is inexcusable customer service.

The coffee isn't terrible, but I would like it if they made sure there wasn't any coffee grounds in my cup and that they would notice me when I arrived sooner then they do. I once stood waiting to order for over 5 minutes while the window person just kept looking at me and never offered to help

I avoid going to this Dunkin, but sometimes it's the only one on my way so I go, and every single time I regret it. This location is always slow, whether or not it is busy, no matter what time of day. Staff have no personality, all you get is a forced "have a nice day." At least in the excessive amount of time I sat at the window for 2 coffees, they did get made correctly. But overall, I would avoid this Dunkin if I were you.

I don't know about you, but every dunkin I go to seems a bit......messy? That said, they've got the best taste of all their competition. Starbucks is over priced and definitely not as good. Imoho
