Will never go to Dunkin near the Lewiston mall again for my pink velvet frozen coffee I took one sip and had to throw it out it was disgusting either way too much pink velvet or they didn't make it right when my husband went to throw it out after I just bought it the whole bottom was covered in the syrup the most disgusting thing I've ever had

Asking for cold brew only makes your coffee more expensive cause they’ll still put regular. You can go back to get it remade but who has time for that every morning. I used to bring it the next morning but got looked at funky cause I kept bringing them back. Uncomfortable. I’m taking my expensive coffees back to aroma joes at least the cost was worth it there. They never screw it up.

Poor customer service! Refused to take 5 steps out of there 5 person on day to take my order! Walked up to window with a walker! From across the park lot! Let's stand out and have a 5 minute break in drive-thru! No sale no service! Give them more money! PleaseWheelchair accessibility: Walked all the way up to window! Refused

Was reported by one of the rude workers when I had my wife deal with them because I couldnt stand the rude workers so they reported me and made me lose my job on door dash I went from make 1000 a week working from 5am to 11pm everyday Monday through Sunday to provide for my pregnant wife and three children and now I feel like paying a lofty visit and create their report to be true. Take care fat rude ogres! Have fun working while I guess I’ll enjoy retirement. Disabled veterans should be able to work and remove them from disrespectful situations without consequences and it’s a horrible store they ignore you at the window and get upset when you know after waiting five minutes meanwhile drive thru gets the right away.

What a great Dunkin’ experience. The lobby is small but the service was on point. We needed a pick me up while hanging at the jumpy place. They were the friendliest Dunkin staff in all of New England

I’m not one to write reviews but enough is enough. Almost every time I go to this DD they mess up my order, there’s a long wait and customer service is definitely lacking. Today was no exception. When I placed my order the employee taking my order acted like it was an imposition to take it, I had to repeat my order 3 times for him to understand I wanted cream NOT whipped cream in my iced coffee and they were out of large iced coffee cups. As they lack in their due diligence to maintain the inventory needed, I had to adjust my order. The car in front of me had to have their drinks redone due to being completely wrong so even though I was 3rd in line I was in line 15-20 minutes minimum. I got my drink and headed home only to find that yes, they messed up my order again so I had to fix it at home. I also found the coffee very bitter and had to add sweetener to off set it. I only treat myself to DD periodically as it’s very expensive on a daily basis. I will no longer spend any money at this DD. I gave them multiple chances, giving the benefit of doubt considering everything that is and has been going on in our world. They have proven it’s not the circumstances but the people/owner that just don’t care. I definitely recommend avoiding this location.

I was just at this Dunkin’ Donuts and whoever was in the drive-through window had horrible customer service she scanned my phone for my points and I have my money out ready to give it to her she turned around handed me my coffee but before she did that she snapped at me and said how much I owed her so I gave her the money and then she turned around and was talking to her other employees for a few minutes and then handed me my other coffee not saying a word but gave me a rude look and I reply have a nice day Very nicely and she completely ignored me I feel uncomfortable going to a Dunkin’ Donuts if they’re gonna act that way it’s very immature and not professional

Red hair lady in the mornings is always in a bad mood and gives people attitude. Will not be going back there again. Going there for years and her behavior has ruined my Dunkin Donut visits because she is this way Everytime it seems like.

Its 3:47p.m. on Tuesday the 5th of April an the two young men working were great. They were busy short staffed an still got all of our coffees right an were very polite. An they stayed focused to get all the customers taken care of at a great time. Me an my boyfriend had a great experience thanxs to these two boys. Thank u!!!

Avoid this Dunkin not only does the girl with a eye looking somewhere else is very rude. My food was made wrong I asked for a 2 for 3 she works there she should know what that is. It’s very simple I got egg only. She was highly rude when I walked in with my complaint. Not good at customer service at all! And the other 2 people working just stared at me instead of helping me out AVOID WITH ALL COSTS!!!

Yesterday morning I ordered one med and one small frozen coffee with whip cream and choc drizzle. I got a med frozen with absolutely no sugar and a small with caramel. The person at the window was asked to remake both and refused to remake the medium frozen and scooped off the whip topping with caramel and reput whip and chocolate without replacing the coffee. Worst service I've had in awhile.

The cashier was an absolute sweetheart. Cutest thing you’ve ever seen and was so bubbly. Brightened my day. Get this ray of sunshine a raise! She wore a pastel mask and a pink choker if you’re wondering who needs the raise.

I never had a problem at this DND. They've always gotten my order correct. They're always friendly and I can always hear them on the speaker. They also, always make my coffee correct and my food correct. I always get what I ask for and they don't forget anything. It seem like they're happy to be at work.

I go to Dunkin'about 3 time a day the redhead girl that works at the counter in the morning I asked her how much the dog toy was because I saw you guys had a display she got to turn around and tell me they're not for free when I asked her how much they were considering that or imposing that I'm trying to get something for Free every morning that I go up there she's throwing a temper tantrum about something puts everybody in a bad mood is not cool every time we go up there she's always having a temper tantrum or just putting people in a bad mood the other people that work there are very nice and they still have that red headed working up there and she just laughed at me going through well you know what then I'm going to tell the garage that goes up there all the time to stop going there because she's a rude person and I go up there about 2-3 times today so now I guess I'll be taking my business to the other Dunkin' donuts

Sadly I'd give it a negative 5 if I could..... when an employee smashes an iced coffee off your car & the final manager you speak to is BEYOND rude & says she runs the stores.....not Kevin he just pays people...WHAT??? Then she offers you to have it detailed at their choosing of shop and I was all for it but when I asked if it would take all day because it's my only family vehicle....she got even more nasty because I said I couldn't just leave my car for the day!!! Then proceeded to tell me to call my insurance and that's why THEY have insurance!!! Shame on you..... after speaking with corporate they said the owner himself should of reached out....next I guess it'll be the better business bureau!!!

Every time I’ve ordered within the past week, I’ve been told every single thing I want isn’t available yet I see no “sold out” signs everywhere and it’s frustrating never getting what I actually want due to their inability to communicate menu changes. On top of that the staff are rude and I used to be a regular back when people there were nice and had work ethic. Just as bad, if not worse than the Dunkin up the street. Don’t waste your time.

I love Dunkin', and enjoy at LEAST three coffees each day. Of the hundreds of Dunkin' franchises that I've visited over the years, this establishment employs some of the rudest and least professional employees that I've ever encountered. It is something different every day. This afternoon was no different, when their male employee who runs the drive-through said over the intercom: "Can you speak any quieter? The mic is literally right in front of you." -- I will not return and I hope others follow suit.

For the second time today I've spent over 10 dollars and both times my coffee was wrong first time it was 2 cold Brews and they put absolutely no ice in it... This is so frustrating to continued to go around in circles in the hot sun to spend money on drink thatarnt made right. Have the manager call me!

Everytime I go thru this dunkin .....everytime! I go to order my machiatto and I get our machine is down for cleaning.... 4 times this week that's what I have gotten when I go to order! That's fine I will go to a different dunkin.... different owner.... obviously whoever owns this one doesn't care if their staff don't wanna serve the public!

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on plain bagels, 2 donuts, 25 munchkins, 2 orders of hahbrowns and a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. We get our order and there are no munchkins, no donuts, a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and one of the breakfast sandwiches was on a cinnamon raisin bagel. I understand mistakes happen but how do you mess up an order that bad?! I guess expecting to get all of my order AND have it be correct was my bad.

Worse Dunkin’ ever went there and ordered a San which and bacon snacks and a drink drove up to the window the girl making sandwich’s was tossing things ranting to the her coworker that customers just have to realize that she works at her pace and they get what they get. I checked my sandwich it was wrong no bacon snacks . The guy at the window was so uncomfortable and she just kept ranting. I drove off and will never visit this location again. Who knows what the B with the attitude does to people’s orders.

Not the best Dunkin in Lewiston but it is in a convenient location. Depending on the time of day the orders are sloppy or wrong. The morning is usually fine. I'm talking more after 4pm is when you should probably avoid this location.

One of your workers named christa Gray always looks high when she is working and I think she has spit in my drink I had to throw it away... she also threw my debit card at me when I was done and swore at me called me a few names I hope you find better customer service then someone like her

Maybe its their policy thing but i definitely dont like how they would ask you to go back to the speaker to order when storm is pouring down on you...and the reason is it will take too long....Im buying a coffee not life insurance.
