Drillens is fantastic, my folks have been coming here for years. The employees are very kind and helpful. Sure sometimes they don't have the specific thing you might need (it's not a huge box store) but most of the time they do and they can always give you a hand to help figure out what you need for the project at hand.

Great hardware store and it’s convenient. Everyone at the store always helps me find what I need.Today they had a “Customer Appreciation Day” which was very nice. Ed was cooking up a storm of delicious food. Hamburgers, hotdogs, and chicken. It was great. Thanks Ed great cooking job.I recommend this store for all your hardware needs.

You need it? They probably have it. Just ask! They'll help. They are small enough to get you in and out efficiently. When every single big box store was sold out of roof rakes recently, this store had plenty left...and at a super great price!! ( not cheaply built, just reasonably priced!)

This place is a fantastic example of how a locally owned store will be able to help you and answer questions in way that most big box places can’t. I needed a faucet adapter, and had no luck finding help or the part I needed at either Lowes or HD, but here? Not only did they have the part, they spent almost 10 minutes looking with me and helping me out. Can’t say enough good things, and they’re now at the top of my list for hardware needs.Great job folks!

Some of the prices tend to run a little high, but their clearance section makes up for it! Today I picked up a gallon of black paint that usually runs in the $30.00 range. I paid a minor amount of $4.00 for it!! The staff couldn't possibly be more helpful. Great place to shop all the way around. Also being an Ace Hardware store, they have a great rewards card program.

This place is great. It's a throwback to a 2 Times Gone by when the hardware store new your name. You were greeted by familiar faces. These guys are there to help people with what they need. And they're happy to do it. When I leave there I'm So Satisfied I want to invite them over for a barbecue. They have everything the big box stores have. And more friendly knowledgeable customer service. They are a local hardware store and I use them every time I get a chance

I went in today to buy a butane torch and it was 33 bucks I showed the guy that online in Winthrop was 19.99 and asked if he could price match he said that they are separately owned but he would honor the price for me. I thought was pretty awesome of him and great customer service :) thank you so much for doing that for me and also you were very helpful bringing me to where I was looking for it.
