It's really upsetting when you talk to the pharmacy and they quote a time and you show up 2 hours after that quoted time and it's still not ready. I understand businesses are short staffed, but maybe if you gave out realistic time frames you'd be able to get caught upšŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Very convenient stop to grab one of almost anything you need. The pharmacy, as with many chain pharmacies the last couple years, has gone severely down hill since their long time pharmacist was forced out in favor of younger, not as highly paid, pretty green pharmacists. The constant stream of difficult customers also has something to do with it as well. Just be nice people...be nice and be patient. Put yourself in their shoes for a moment! Rant over.

This place does not care about patients. Our pediatrician called in a RX for our son TODAY. They won't fill it bc they say they need to check with the provider for a symptom date!? The doctor called it in today! And now if he doesn't get it today, it will be too late to take it tomorrow! I can't believe the stupidity that comes from this pharmacy!!! Why do pharmacies think they know more than doctors!?!?

I literally have my RX with the label clearly stating 1 refill. They refused to fill and told me I didn't have a refill. So now I have to wait all weekend to get my medication. I will never come here again. Be better CVS, you have one job. Following a label that YOU provided shouldn't be a problem.

The automated system is horrible and once you make it through, the employees either don't answer or pick the phone up and hang up. I've never seen a pharmacy so incompetent. They even shut down the drive thru so sick and disabled people have to go inside.No one will do anything about this anyways. Wasting my time.

2 scripts supposed to be ready together. Called ahead to make sure because I live some distance away. One was ready and the other one will be ready by 2. Get there at 2:30. The line of people waiting was insane because they have to close for lunch and open again at 2. Left came back at 4. I am the 11th person in line. Finally get to the counter. Sorry. Not ready yet and we close at 5. Sorry for the inconvenience. Now I have to come back tomorrow? Ugh...time for a new pharmacy.

Pharmacy is well staffed but very disorganized. Seems to be a lack of training and a bit too much socializing. Customer service is non existent.Think I’ll check Walgreens

This pharmacy has no customer service concept at all, the Manager Rachel is rude and obnoxious, she talks over you and does not listen. No people's skills. No wonder the staff look so unhappy, stress and rude. Hearing is the key to great customer service guys. If you don't love your job, move on.

Called at least 5 days ago (waited over 10 minutes for a person) for prescriptions to be transferred to them. They never contacted my out of state pharmacy to initiate transfer. I called and waited on hold for 12 minutes before someone answered. I could here them over the phone discussing my needs, and was put on hold to wait for Dalton, who had taken my call days prior. Then after being on the call for almost 26 minutes phone was picked up and asked again what I needed. I let the employee know she put me o. Hold over 10 minutes ago for Dalton. Her response ā€œit’s only been 5 minutesā€. I let her know that wasn’t true, I have a call log and have been keeping an eye on all the time because I am at work and need to be mindful of time. I let her know I wouldn’t need them after all. Very unprofessional, which is scary because my coworkers rave about them being the best.

I have been trying to talk to someone on the phone about a crucial medication and I've been calling for over a half hour, and no one is picking up. Exhausting trying to get any healthcare in this stupid nightmare of a country.

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years. Upon the pandemic, this location was not following a mask mandate, staff openly ignored customers without masks. I addressed a customer who walked right up next to me without one and I stated I wanted my space. He called me a derogatory term. A year later the drive thru lanes aren't always open, script communication with my doctor's office is weak to non existent, and text message alerts are not always sent when a script is ready. But if you want to receive a billion calls about old scripts and denials for coverage they will send multiples until it drives you nuts. I thought maybe this was CVS wide and it is not. I've gone to another location without any of these problems, so I'll be using them from now on. Maybe they are overworked but hey, let people know what's going on. Asking direct advocating questions is also deemed 'rude.' I will not receive a vaccine from here either as they perform it in front of customers using a sheet and a chip stand with food still on it to lay medication and gloves.

This pharmacy has always treated me amazingly wonderful. They respect you and make sure that you stay safe. When ever I get a new script they always explain the script. I love this pharmacy always have been going for years. CVS you all are amazing.

It’s always good to get your meds and stuff but it’s an expensive place to buy stuff unless you have a CVS card and wait until they have deals and buy stuff on sale.

The worst pharmacy I have dealt with. Prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner, they don’t call back when they say they will, and they don’t have inventory readily available which delays things even longer. Staff is rude and unhelpful. After spending 4 days and over three hours on the phone sorting out issues I still don’t have my medication! After reading previous reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to!

October 28 2021 i had a surgical tooth removal. I was told my prescription would be ready at this cvs in an hour or 2. I arrived an hour later. My prescription was not able to be filled because of insurance reasons. That was fine. I had been to the ER previously and had gotten a script to hold me over until the extraction. No problem the pharmacist told me it would be ready for pick-up monday the 1st. Here we are thursday the 4th. I went to cvs to pick up my script and in the drive-thru was told i would have to come back in 45 minutes to an hour because it wasn't ready. When asked why i was told we are short staffed and backed up. I explained to her i dropped this prescription off a week ago. I was then told "we are short staffed i don't know what to tell you." I then proceeded to park my car and go inside to talk to the manager. I was greeted at the pick-up window explained my issue and concern and was told we have a 5 day wait we are short staffed. I told her i want the manager and was directed to a person named linda. After explaining that my order is not ready due to staffing i told her 7 days is unacceptable. She tells me i can have it ready in 10 minutes. So i tell her the drive thru lady told me 45 minutes. I get well the drive thru takes longer. I expressed that im never using this cvs again due to the incompetence and i told her 7 days to wait for antibiotics is unacceptable. That long of a wait for any med is unacceptable. I stopped using this location due to this type of incompetence and i see there is no change. Will not see me back here.

Well I'll start from the beginning... I've been going to this Pharmacy since the building was Built some year's ago n the staff back then was actually Great n did their jobs very well, how it should be done. But that being said, through out the year's going by the Pharmacy itself has gone through So many people it's Not funny. I took care of my uncle's med's till the end n still take care of my mother's med's, n my own to this day over there until recently, since I said enough is Enough !!.. What started loosing my patience w/this Pharmacy was a curtain medication for my mother since she's a Diabetic by the way is when this Pharmacy "Faxed" not called only Faxed our Dr's office this particular medication that required my mother to take twice Daily, Never was Filled since again Zero call's from the pharmacy to our Dr's office Only Faxed depending on only their computers.. After Two Weeks had gone by with No answer/medication/or text from the Pharmacy I called our Dr's office myself n they had said that they Never received a thing from the pharmacy... (Thank God I had extra medication put aside to give to my mother Daily) since I learned Alot through the year's to think ahead especially w/medication's. So our Dr's office personally called the pharmacy to see what's going on.. I'll explain more if you finish reading my comment.Through out the year's they've actually given out Expired, Wrong medication's, n no medication's at all, n even Worse they givin us Somebody else's med's to us (No BS, I honestly can't make this up).. And their Text support, Forget it. You literally Have to Call, n even check on the CVS App (again folk's, a total joke) n go through all the Hoops n Loops for All you're medications Yourself !!Since the pharmacy Don't make Any call's themselves to Dr's offices, Insurance companies, n even the ladies working at the front desk at our Insurance company for a PA (which is for a Prior Authorization for curtain medication's).. They Strictly only Depend on their computers by sending a Fax of what's needed to fill a script. And don't get me started on the countless Pharmacist they've gone through since Many Quit n the other's Retired.. So If I could "Rate" this Pharmacy Negative star's I Dftly would !!Trust Me when I say this sadly, I Highly Don't Recommend going through All the hassle over that Pharmacy since I've had to make Hundreds of calls Myself for year's to Dr's offices, Our Dr's, Our Insurance company, so when I had Prove my Point how this pharmacy operates that the Pharmacy was Wrong, Incorrect, Fill date's, Billing, etc. They Always pointed their fingers n Blamed the Dr's, Scripts, Insurance companies, Hospital's n even Me !!.. (FYI, They're NEVER at Fault for anything n everything ever n will Never admit at Fault..)So what I did n Recorded was putting the Pharmacy, Insurance, Dr's office, in a Conference call (and did it on many occasions) n sure enough They actually Blamed our Dr's office, n the Insurance company n so on to get the End Result that it Was proven that it was the Pharmacies Fault n were pi$$ed !!And ever since that happened from the 1st time we all "caught" them lying, my mother, n myself was always treated w/an additude.. So when I had to call to a pharmacy tech/pharmacist, we were treated very rudely, which is Highly un Professional to say the least, So from my Experience n Adventure's through out these year's I Truly, Strongly Recommend going Elsewhere since You Will be Shocked of just how they operate/treat people at this so called Pharmacy !!..I hope this Helps other's Especially if you're helping you're loved one's that can't help/do thing's anymore of old age themselves.Before I forget, yes I have called corporate n other offices pertaining this Pharmacy and... You guessed it, Nothing has happened n Don't see anything happening soon since they make Alot of Money from all the customers n Insurance companies to this day of course, so I wish You All the Best my Friend's.Best regards,Mike

Most disrespectful service (not the first time!). There today for the second time to get script filled correctly. When I was told they could do this after lunch and I replied "seriously?" Michael told me he "didn't like my attitude." 😳 Will be moving ALL my business as soon as possible.

Visited store to purchase product.Sign auto $ off at purchase.Paid no coupon applied. Told cashier said no idea what talking about. Left register and stumped off. Followed. Showed her sign.Said to me "can't you read. What what does it say" said $ off at purchase..stamped pass me pointed to a machine to print a couponStarted screaming at me at register.

CVS pharmacy employees are INCOMPETENT!!!!! Not just at this location, Auburn location, too!!!Cashier forgot to use my coupon for ClaritinD 24hour. She cancels the transaction out. In doing so I was unable to purchase it again, bc there’s a limited quantity allowed for purchase! It was a 15 day supply. In the system it doesn’t cancel out a wrong transaction. NOW I AM UNABLE TO GET MY MEDICATION FOR ANOTHER 15 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! INCOMPETENT!!!!

This pharmacy filled my husband's prescription with an EXPIRED vial of medication. IT HAD EXPIRED A MONTH BEFORE . Than goodness the nurse administering caught it. Needless to say our vacation was ruined as he was unable to get a new vial in time for us to catch our flight. Thanks CVS for being so INCOMPETENT

Amazing customer service, always has what I need when I need it, Also the only place with decent pool floaties I looked everywhere but when I thought all hope was lost CVS came in clutch with goggles floaties towels and beach toys, really made my day šŸ’œ

Our family has been part of the CVS family for well longer than a decade. Rodney is wonderful to us and knows us by first name when we call or he has to call us. I have tried other pharmacies and the lack of personalized service has always brought us back here. We now live in West Gardiner and still travel to 446 Sabattus St CVS to have our scripts filled. No better pharmacy in Lewiston or surrounding area.

Went to drive thru. Two cars ahead after waiting a bit went to 2 nd lane only to be told ro go to other lane canister was broken. After waiting 5 mins gave my name and computers shut down because it was 8! Not impressed they had about 6 people running around in pharmacy and i left without my meds! I was there before 8
