This was the first time ordering from this florist and we are so happy with the service. The delivery was time sensitive as the recipient was leaving town that day and was a considerable distance from Lewiston. They stayed in touch with me through out the day, took special care to ensure the delivery was on time and packaged to endure the cold weather. Their professionalism and service was top notch.

Great little flower shop. They are always my go to when I want to get my wife a little surprise. Everyone is friendly and you don't have to spend a ton of money. You can tell them you just want something small for $25 and they will make you something really nice without breaking the bank. Give them a try if you haven't already.

This flower shop is okay they have a lot of beautiful things. However most of the things were very high-priced. I went in there to get flowers for my daughter's birthday and I ended up getting a bunch of other things because of how cute that stuff is. Three or four things I spent $60. The staff was young the older woman were out back. I almost prefer to be helped by the older woman. Considering it was their business or they might have been more helpful and knew their products better. The Young staff seem like they didn't want to help very much. I asked them for ideas about presents that I could get a child at the age of 12. They made me feel more like a bother than anything. Like they didn't really know what to show me as if they had worked there for very long. Or they just didn't want to show me anything because of other reasons!

I purchased a bundle of assorted flowers for my wife weeks before Valentines Day. I even bought there highest offered option that came with a box of chocolates and a ballon. When they were delivered the ballon was deflated like it had been sitting in the cold. It never regained any of it’s fullness back. Shame on the driver for dropping it of looking like that. I spent a lot of money to shower my wife with something special on a special day and you made it look like I waited last minute and just threw it together. When my wife called and spoke to someone at the store she had asked if the drivers can fill up the balloons with helium, like if it was accessible to them in there delivery vehicle and she said no and bring it into the warmth and it should re inflate. My wife told her that it was delivered like that and had been sitting inside in the warmth all day and never re inflated and the lady asked my wife what is it that she would like her to do and asked if she was looking for a refund or something. Her tone was that of a Mean Girl. I never received any confirmation that they were delivered either which is in convenient when making sure they are going to be delivered. Sorry I also did not like how the flowers looked. They have a funeral, sympathy look, not a Valentines Day look at all. Never again will I use this establishment.

We were so pleased with Nancy and her team at Blais Flowers. We met with Nancy a couple months prior to the wedding and gave her a sense of our preferences for our multiple wedding events. She kindly took us around the shop to look at the various flowers so we could better describe our vision. The flowers Blaise delivered were breathtaking, surpassed our expectations, and truly set the mood for our celebration.

My husband tries very hard to bring home flowers for me on special occasions. Twice now Blais has lied to him when he's asked them for "cat safe" flower arrangements to bring home to me, his cat crazy wife. Twice now they've sent him home with bouquets full of lillies and tulips. Both are EXTREMELY toxic and deadly to cats. When he went back to exchange it, they sent him home with an arrangement containing carnations, which are also toxic to cats.Please don't trust these people to have the knowledge to guide you on flower arrangements. They either don't know enough about what they're selling, or don't care.

I entrusted Blais Flowers to create a very special floral arrangement for a client's retail store opening. There was excellent communication throughout the process. I really appreciated the florist taking the time to look at images of the store's interior to assure the flowers would be a good fit. We chose Blais to do the flowers for our wedding and they did an amazing job! I didn't know anything about flowers and only had a vague idea that I wanted the bouquets to have a wildflower look.
