Honestly, workers need to realize that cellphones are NOT a priority when you have many customers waiting in line. It should not be just one girl making orders while the other 3 were off doing who knows what. It should not take over 10 minutes to make 3 rushes, one or two for 2 cars... also its very important to not make the rush go flat when adding flavors or ice.Very disappointed in workers these days.

Honestly, I was a huge fan of this aroma joes, but the quality of the drinks has gone completely downhill. I went there tonight and a girl with glasses and curly hair made my drink(rocket pop) and it tasted like straight water. This isn't the first time it has happened, but there is just no consistency to this establishment. When i go to the one in Lisbon i know the drink will always be amazing, but this location is absolutely horrible. Don't waste your hard earned money for a water and avoid this place at all costs.*EDIT* Just looking at other google reviews i'm not the only one who thinks this location is absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs.

I normally love this location, but running late for work I decided to go to the walk-up window this a.m. where I was ignored, walked past, and at one point they even smiled as though it was funny! Not ok, coming to the window to maybe full me in on whether I'm unable to order there or not would have been not only helpful but f'in respectful!!!! How I'm 10 minutes late for work and still in line! So thank you to the 2: children working in there today August 13 at 9:10 a.m. my review to them is NO STARS of I were allowed. So about walk-up window in the morning I guess!

Will not be going here again, which is too bad as it is right down the street from me. I stop at various AJs 3-4 times a week and get an iced hibiscus tea with sugar free rush and raspberry. I was told today that, “We can’t do that as if it two separate drinks,” by the owner. That’s weird because I’ve been ordering this for over a year now and have never been told that. Really, you are the “owner”. Make it happen for your customers.

I don’t leave many reviews but I had such an amazing experience I just had to share! Summer is the sweetest person working here! She is so kind an welcoming and I love grabbing my morning coffee there because of her! There’s never a problem and it makes my mornings much more enjoyable before work! Keep up the amazing work!!

I visited there and drank the aroma Rush everyday for a month straight and love it! I wish they would make an Aroma Joe's in Rockland Maine as we have only Dunkin Donuts and I never drink any drinks from Dunkin' Donuts. Aroma Joe's is the best and it would be booming with business because there are a lot of people that would drink their rushes. Build an Aroma Joe's in Rockland please!

The staff there are always friendly however the owner does not pay them minimum wage so make sure you tip them. They work very hard and have a much better attitude than any Dunkin donuts I've ever visited in my life. You're treated with respect and always greeted with a smile. Also to the owner, start paying them at least minimum wage because they deserve it and then some!

The last two visits I received lukewarm coffee. The cups they handed me were cold. Impossible not to notice the coffee wasnt hot.The first time I was running off to work and couldn't go back. The second time I drove around again and told them. I received a new cup that I was told was fresh brewed. It was hotter, but still not as hot as usual.They might want to have a look at their coffee pot settings

Our go to since we've expanded past Dunkin. Their ice cream sandwiches are a must. My daughter loves to order her own sparkling lemonade. Good service, and unlike Dunkin they don't use half a gallon of cream in their iced coffees.

Everytime i go before work the lady’s are mad when i ask for no ice.. today i went and at another store i could get just the original rush with no flavoring for the 4 24 oz rushes for 10$. i went to this store and i couldn’t just get the original rush i had to get the four flavor drinks

Aroma Joe’s is a long time favorite of mine! They have SO many flavors to choose from on their menu! They’re bagels, hash browns, and stuffed pretzels are really good! And everyone is always so friendly there!

The service we received today was exceptional! Rachel took our order, and she had amazing customer service, extremely polite, friendly and helpful! Our drinks were made EXACTLY the way we ordered them, I was very impressed with their COVID protection, and we waited MAYBE 2 minutes! We will definitely be back!

They were very willing to accommodate me with my drink, I cant have a rush right now due to pregnancy so instead they used ginger ale to give it the bubbly taste and made my red raspberry lemonade taste just about the same as the rush would. I was very pleased!

Forget Dunkin. This is where you go for good coffee and friendly staff.*Update*I'd been backed up for two days so I went to my favorite coffee place and got exactly the right amount of caffeine to get things moving again. 10/10 Great service and great coffee.

Aroma Joes has some pretty good coffee, I definitely recommend getting a drink called "Witches Brew". Its half coffee and half chocolate milk, you can have it hot or iced (tastes great either way)

Aroma Joes has the BEST hashbrowns ever and big sizes im so glad yall have those 😋 and sooo many unique flavors + the sweetest workers i know- no other coffer chains for me anymore! ☕️🤩😍 Absolutely my favorite place to get coffee or drinks in Lewiston Auburn- they have the nicest, sweetest staff- and a big secret menu. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious 😋🏳️‍🌈 ☕️ Also good late hours for people who like to drink coffee in the evening as well

I love Aroma Joes, I go to either Lewiston or Auburn locations.. mostly Lewiston I just tell the girls to surprise me with the flavors and I haven't been let down yet 🙃. They are very polite and very sweet girls. 🙂 very happy with Aroma Joe's.

Okay coffee, but their espresso drinks are complete nonsense. Just spent 5$ on a drip coffee with chocolate sauce, their "mocha". On trying to parse it they offered me about 8 drinks that weren't mochas, (unsteamed latte, flavoured coffee beans, chocolate milk with espresso) I gave up and ended with an expensive black coffee and a headache.
