How on earth did one of your employees severely injured himself, literally cutting off his arm with a band saw, and nobody was there to help him?? Dude was literally walking down the street holding his severed arm. Is there not a phone there? Clearly there's major issues if something like this could happen and this poor guy couldn't get any help, literally having to leave to get help! Absolutely crazy!
