The employees are rude and they absolutely never answer the phone. I have been trying to call since UTStarcom because my roommate lost our EBT card and I'm trying to find out if they are at the store before I walk all the way up there. Also, they treat people like everyone is stealing, giving out mean looks, rude comments under their breath. Very disrespectful 😒

They are awesome pretty much the only place open all night.. the Big Apple down the street sucks big donkey dong. They have awesome hot chicken and the late-night girl is really cool

don't like this 7 11 at all..the guy at register didn't speak when said hello the slushi machine was runny and dirty. I also did not feel safe in the store..I went in around midnight after taking daughter to hospital. I just had a bad vibe few guys followed me and teen daughter inside followed us around in store and got outta there asap thank God my husband showed up when he did to pick us up.. won't be going back in here anytime soon day or nite. I don't like when a cashier or employee can't even say hello back either. It's also not clean in store. I'm always polite and dont like leaving bad reviews but I'm also not gonna sugar coat my experience if bad.

I sent my son into the store here to reload money on my card. He gave 47.00 she put 25.00 on my card. When I said where is the other 20.00 she said my son didn't give that which he told her yes I did. I asked her to pull her draw she refused. She said I dont count the money I just put it in. So if u don't want to pay them all your money she dont care. I had to say I was going to call the cops for her stealing from me in order for me to get my money back. And she kept going with her mouth. I see alot of complaints about this lady working days but she is still working there why. If you are having so many complaints and she isn't even counting money

I deliver with a food delivery service & frequently get orders to pick up here. The man working is always extremely rude & the orders are never ready. He clearly isn’t capable of doing his job.

HORRIBLE!!! CITY HEALTH INSPECTOR WHERE YA AT?!!!!The slushies taste like metal.Half the time the machines don’t work.It’s messy and sticky.The cashier didnt speak English. And was rude.

This place is a joke seen some many people get hired my whole family got hired but they won't even let me put a application in been going on for almost 2 years o go in to help cause they were supposed to pay me for helping I helped 2 and a half days and a week and a half later still won't pay me I asked and they ghost me 11 months alter and she is still there being rude too customers and mistreating employs and she still owns it walked in today and as of today they no longer bag you items i was told and when i said she needs to bag it its part of customers service and im partly paralized she refused still highly dont suggest this place and ill be in touch with the bigger bosses because discrimination is not aloud

The older woman who works days is pretty rude.. the owners and their family however are GREAT people. The prices are better as is the selection of items then the surrounding stores.

Heaven just like their sign says, recommend the pizza and meatballs, the other food isn't really that great but a lot of convenient items.
