The place was great. But like everything great someone came along and ruined it. Apparently someone bought it and closed the diner. Just went there and the diner is now a tiny grocery store. It's of no use. There are full size stores nearby. They carry basically nothing. To the people that bought it and closed it........... thanks for nothing.

Had lunch here today. Very good. Rural store and diner. Will do an extended review and put up more pix at a later date. Some items I want to try on a future visit: Chicken Stew, Hot Hamburg Sandwich and their Fried Scallop Dinner.

Nice little restaurant. Had a delicious hamburger and [homemade] fries after a long hike to Mount Katahdin.Staff was very friendly and courteous!

We were there for home made corned beef hash, home made bread. So goodSad to hear new owner is shutting it down.... The American experience. The diner. How could you? Kids families friends all enjoy this hub in rural MAINE..This will sorely be missed by so many. PLEASE RECONSIDER.... BE A HERO IN YOUR Community AND YOU WILL REAP THE Benefits

Honestly, one of the finest places to get breakfast in the Great State of Maine. I would never have thought when we moved to this sleepy little town a year ago that I would have easy access to high-quality homemade corned beef hash and biscuits & gravy. Their muffins are excellent as well (try the carrot cake!), and they even make decent pizza. The waitstaff and the cashiers are always friendly and eager to help as well. We are moving south this summer, and we will miss Raymond's.

the clientele there isnt the most trustworthy....you have steven bussiere who frequently gets food there.hes the area theif and camp burglar.if u live in springfeild or lee maine steve bussiere is most likeley scoping out your camp to see what you have to take.everyone in raymonds helps him and treats him well its almost like they suport his felony behavior.hes the vip customer but i personaly feel the area theif shouldnt be alowed in the store any more.

Very nice, brung lots of convenience for Lee people. The food in their restaurant is delicious. I used to have dinner at here every night with my friends.
