This Orvis outlet store is probably one of the best outlet stores we’ve shopped in.The staff was wonderful…. Helpful, low key, friendly and familiar with inventory and sizing. The selection was very large …for both men and women…and the prices were excellent.Cheryl, the salesperson that helped us was the best. Her customer service went above and beyond what you would expect…she was happy to order things for us that weren’t in the store…free shipping…and made our shopping experience way better than it would have been. It was almost as if we had a personal shopper with us.We will absolutely return to this store whenever we’re back in the area and we would highly recommend it as a “must do “ when you’re in Kittery.

Once in a while a retail outlet can hit the bullseye. The great selection of merchandise this season is only bested by the 2 young salespeople. They were helpful and present without being intrusive. A very pleasant experience indeed.I hope this review makes it to someone who can appreciate it.

Great fun, a few deals, and a pretty impressive selection, although predictably, sizes were limited in some desirable items. Nice change from on line shopping and a really pleasant experience.

A great selection of Barbour jackets. My son got a beautiful special edition collab Barbour for less than half price. They only had one and it was his size. It looks fantastic on him and he'll have it for years to come.As wonderful as the selection of jackets and clothing was, we were equally impressed with Kim. She helped my son as he was trying on several jackets and provided helpful guidance. Kim is a gem and worth the trip alone. Kim, thank you for the help and wonderful conversation! We'll be stopping by again on our next trip up to Portland/ Bar Harbor and I do hope we're lucky enough to see Kim!

I don't leave reviews often, but such exceptional customer service deserves a shout out. I accidently left a bag of clothes from ANOTHER store in the changing room and didn't realize until I was back in Boston.When I called the next day to see if they had found the bag, they had and they graciously offered to send the clothes to me free of charge. The person on the phone was very pleasant and it really turned my day around that they were able to be so helpful!

The gentleman/florist I worked with was amazing in helping me find the right arrangement for the occasion. The recipient of the arrangement was sooo pleased with what the florist designed. Absolutely Beautiful

Great experience. I was able to grab a coat that I had my eye on for sometime. I'm assuming the manager, gave me a great discount on the coat on top of the already discounted price.Like any other outlet, the selection can be hit or miss. The fishing equipment is typically not discounted as much as the clothing.All and all it should be a stop for those who are into the outdoors and making their way through route 1 kittery.
