Made an appointment for a vaccination at 9:30AM. Took the morning off from work so I could make the appointment. Showed up and was asked to "come back this afternoon." Zero respect for the customer's time. I've been using this pharmacy since it was Rite Aid. Time to shop around.

An awful experience! It started with whom, based on other reviews, I will assume was Ada. She was vicious and could not care about anything outside of her obtuse understanding. Mortified, I had to politely ask to speak with a manager for resolution. Her response: 'oh yeah? ok, follow me...' The second line of defense is another scorned woman. Neither of these two employees is doing Walgreens, the community, or their coworkers, any good. I would advise against them having any interaction with the public. Drive to the Wells store...Avoid.

I’ve had ok experiences at this Walgreens in the past, but I just had the “pleasure” of meeting Ada while she worked the register. Maybe the rudest person I’ve ever met in a customer service capacity. I ordered photos online and Ada couldn’t understand my name, or that I ordered photos. I kept increasing the volume of my voice as she continued to claim she “couldn’t understand anything I was saying.” Eventually she got it and went off to get my photos. While she was doing that, the woman in line behind me told me “that wasn’t you, my jaw just dropped.” There’s a CVS across the street.

The pharmacy worker just told me one of my medicines was $600 and the other was $300! If I go somewhere else it’s from $150 and $40 to $15 and $15. From just under $1000 total to a little over $30. Yes, I’m using the correct dosage and quantity. Going back to when it was rite aid they’ve also given me the wrong quantity twice. One time they looked through there security video before admitting they messed up, and the other time they totally refused to admit any fault. They’ve not filled prescriptions until I’ve come to pick them up before because they either forgot about them or purposefully put off filling them. Total incompetence for years now

I brought my prescription from my doctor in New Hampshire, over to the Kennebunk Walgreen's to fill, because I've been staying in Kennebunk. I always use Walgreen's for my prescriptions, so I am in their computer system. There were absolutely no problems filling my prescription at Walgreen's in Maine. I'm just so happy that Walgreen's made it very easy for me!! 😊😉🤗

Off season in Kennebunk. Myself & who appears to be the town drunk in the store. Both pharmacists trying to bag his stuff, finish & both walk away. I’m standing in line for 10 minutes, both walk away. No one else in the store. Useless people.
