Pharmacy is a joke. They refuse to open for normal hours, randomly close the drive through, and feel entitled enough to completed close the pharmacy so they can all eat a communal lunch together instead of taking turns and staying open. Unbelievable from a CVS pharmacy.

*** Update: I called Corporate customer service and within minutes, was notified that all 4 prescriptions were ready to be picked up. In addition, there was no line when I arrived at the counter and the new girl at the counter was personable, capable and caring.I don't know if it's permanent, but it was a great visit.***Original: How can I do minus stars? Dr ordered 4 prescriptions for surgery next week. 1 is ready. Other 3 are "in process". Pharmacy doesn't answer phone. This place should be shut down. Go anywhere else.

This pitiful excuse of a "Pharmacy" is a a trainwreck... stay away from this location. They are short staffed, the drive through is closed many times throughout the day and they close for lunch leaving the pickup area caged off- no pickup at all. Prescription was submitted online by my Doctor multiple times during a 2 week period and it was not in the system and not filled or ready to be used and it was critical that I start my medication. I will never do business again with CVS. All future business will be done with BJ's or Costco Pharmacy.

Had a 10/10 experience. Pharmacist John went out of his way + above / beyond to help me. Nicole, Shae, and Noah were also exceptional and helped make my experience great. Would highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy! Efficient, kind, and helpful staff!

I was upset the lady that gave my wife and I our flu shots never changed her pink gloves in-between giving flu shots to previous people getting shots.

Pharmacist John and Christopher along with all the Employees who work at this location has been exceptionally with all my questions or concerns when it came to my son especially when he’s sick their knowledge is something special and I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve gone out of their way to help I’ve been going here since my son was a newborn he’s now going to be 4 this year.Thank you all Sincerely!

The pharmacy will not answer the phone. I tried all morning. I had to drive from Waterboro to Kennebunk just to speak to someone behind the pharmacy counter for a simple question. I tried multiple times. When I got there, the phones were constantly ringing. They are totally zoned out, but busy. They need to appoint someone to handle the calls.

Chris the Pharmacy manager and his whole crew have been extremely friendly, helpful and have gone out of their way to help me with an issue with an insurance carrier that seems to get repeated monthly. They have been great folks to work with!
