We called Wood Pellet Warehouse because of an issue with our pellet stove not feeding pellets. They were able to send out a service tech the very next day. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He found that the motor was not the issue at all. He gave it a thorough cleaning and even showed us an area to clean we didn’t know about. He put in a new igniter and had the stove humming within two hours. The service call and parts are very reasonable and the fact that they came out so quickly is definitely a positive. We will now be ready for our next storm. We also order our pellets from them. We highly recommend this company and will continue to have them for all of our pellet and service needs. Five stars!

I recommend pellet warehouse to anyone using wood pellets for heat ,the price for delivery is often better then the price to buy them from any other supplier and they are delivered. can't beat their service with a stick. I also recommend ordering the product they make. After trying multiple brands at different price points I thought I had a winner with cubex but Maine woods are cheaper and burn better in my stove with no clinkers. Buy Maine woods pellets from wood pellet Warehouse, if you try them once you'll buy them forever.

Received 5 ton of pellets today. The driver was excellent, he made sure they were exactly where I wanted them and even took the remaining 10 bags off of my last pallet and stacked them on the new pallet. I also had my pellet stove cleaned. It has never been so clean. He did an excellent job

Updating 3/28/2024 -- on my fourth order and a very happy customer. Pellets are delivered right to my garage, tightly packed and secure even against this drenching Maine Spring. There are basically 0 fines and dust in the bags. They also deliver and install pellet stoves and I am hoping to get an Enviromaxx before next season.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original reviews:I am getting my first delivery tomorrow, 1/17/2024; however, I am writing a review today, 1/16/2024. I ran into a big problem with one brand of pellets I had purchased from the Wood Pellet Warehouse and so I called Jim. He not only swapped out the ton I had been using with a full ton of a different brand, but he also swapped out an unused ton with the new brand without any hesitation. Superior customer service, which is a rarity these days.

Won't get pellets anywhere else. Knowledgeable and best price I've found. Rather have them delivered than have to handle the bags twice. I learned a lot from these guys and can't ask for better people. They will go out of their way and is greatly appreciated.

Just moved to Maine and bought a home with a pellet stove. Found these guys searching online. Called them, they suggested pellets to buy and didn't push anything expensive. They just dropped off, put them in my garage where I needed them. They were even able to deliver a day early. They were a great price for well reviewed pellets with awesome customer service. I expect to call them later this winter to get the last pallet I may need.

I have had a pellet stove for about 11 years and this was the easiest time I have ever had getting pellets delivered. I was scheduled within 2 weeks for a delivery and I unfortunately had to change the delivery date. They made it very easy to do that and scheduled me for the next week. The delivery was unbelievably smooth and the delivery driver was very helpful and placed the pallet of pellets in the exact spot that I asked him to inside the garage. I will be using them from now on. also the prices are competitive with other ( local ) people that sell pellets and they only leave them in front of your garage. I highly recommend them.

I love getting my pellets from here. When I first started buying pellets, they helped me pick the best pellet for my needs. That was 2 yrs ago. I will not go anywhere else. The people have been the best with their fast and curious service. I was awestruck when they told me they would put the pallet where I needed it. My basement has a garage door, so I do not need to touch the pallet at all. They just roll it on in. It is just so easy. It is nice to do business with a company that puts the customer first.I have added a picture of my Harmin pellet stove.

I was referred to The Wood Pellet Warehouse by 2 different people who order their pellets from them. Very pleased with the relatively quick turnaround time from ordering to delivery since I'm a bit out of the way and only needed 2 pallets to get through the rest of the heating season. I was ordering 2 different brands of pellets as this is my first year with a pellet stove and I wanted to try something else for comparison. The driver was very efficient and helpful as I needed to have them placed in 2 different places. I certainly plan to use The Wood Pellet Warehouse again.
