This is your typical Walmart. No, it's not a Superstore. Just an FYI. But, it has a lot of what you may need. The cashier was very friendly, and everything appeared to be well stocked and kept up.

Im only giving one stars because Walmart has really killed what Houlton used to be like. Walmart has plenty of parking, lots of items you really cant get anywhere else.... but thats because Walmart ran everyone out. I understand its a problem everywhere. The workers are friendly and helpful! There are 6 self checkouts and maybe 3 lanes in this walmart.

I have visited this store a few times and while it’s not a preferred mega Walmart, it’s available and offers some good items that I cannot find north of the border. However, there’s a lack of pride about the exterior of the building, as the asphalt crumbles or rocks from the elaborately architected medians find their way onto the asphalt and carts strewn about for lack of cart stalls to remit them.

Cleanest Walmart that we have been in lately. Staff was extremely helpful and the store was full and merchandised well. 🙌 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rude human at checkout that was annoyed to have to push a button , self checkout was backed up also . please organize something in there , I've been to better organized flea markets .

I will rate this Walmart location a 5-star. When you see staff that go all out to assist you with smiles. The cashiers move you through, without haste. This is a good store.Steve G.

Wal-Mart is like a second home so to speak. Its where I shop for groceries, the bare essentials, school supplies, birthday supplies and gifts all year around from birthdays to Easter and Christmas. I enjoy the self checkout. Easy in and easy out. When I do have to go through a check out line there employees are always kind and welcoming and always strike up a conversation. Pleasant atmosphere.

Now don't get me wrong I usually don't have a problem with this Walmart but it seems like lately every time I go in the staff is rude and unhelpful going so far as to roll their eyes at me and condecene me as if they were talking to a mentally ill person or a small child I'm not impressed with the attitude this walmarts employees are expressing towards customers.

It's normal, as any other Walmart. The service is definitely an issue. Whether it's the jewelry department, gardening, or firearms section, there is never anyone around to assist you. Therefore, you end up waiting a significant amount of time for assistance. Another issue that really bothered me was that I brought some items in to be returned with my receipt, but the tags were missing. At this time, the items had been put on clearance. I was told that I would get back the amount of the clearance price, not the amount that I had paid on the receipt.

Crew members in almost aisle stocking and in the way. I understand they're renovating, but wouldn't it be smarter to hire more for overnights so folks shopping aren't constantly turning a corner into an employee.

They don't really have much in there.. it's like a K mart. I guess they have the basics for locals. Not much of selection for kids books or women's clothes.. people are nice tho

I bought something online, they don't have any signs as you wear their new pickup location is. And don't ask you for an ID so also I need to know is you place an order and your last name and they can go pick up what you've already paid for.

I'm quite disappointed that this walmart has stopped carrying 18-hour bras. The undergarment area is full of cheap items, not what a woman wants to spend monies on.

Smaller variety of items bc it's not a supercenter location, and I prefer those. Always very clean and well maintained though. The store is in the process of getting a facelift, the bathroom renovation looks great. Really friendly, helpful staff at this location. You never have to walk around the whole store in search of someone to help. They are always readily available.They finished redoing the store and it looks nice. Always very neat and organized.
