Been here many times- the owner and employees are always very “home-town” courteous and very helpful- especially with their product and pet knowledge. It’s a staple on our stops in Houlton. It has only improved in all the years we’ve gone here. The owner is very creative and it’s an exceptionally child-friendly set-up. Highly recommend.

Love this place! We always have to stop by and look at all the cute animals. They have such a great selection of toys too that you wouldn't find anywhere else in Houlton!

Wow I have been to this place several times but this last visit was my last. For one the owner Katie talked to my husband and I like garbage called us a liar when we explained what happened to the fish we bought from her store, being misinformed by one of her staff that certain fish can cohabitate. If you don't mind false information or a rude owner be my guest and feel free to shop but I would suggest against it. We actually went in the store to buy more fish from her she assumed right off that we were there to try and get free fish even after we informed her we just wanted to let her know what happened and we wanted to purchase more. Extremely rude unfortunately there is nowhere else around to buy fish but in my opinion it's definitely worth the trip to Bangor to another pet store !!!!!

In 2001 my son purchased some windchimes before he departed for boot camp. Those chimes have been with me from North Amity to Saco, to Hollis, to Madera California, to Mesquite Texas. This year sadly, the strings broke this year (he retires this year!) I will restring them and hang them on my porch for the rest of my life. Our visit to your store is one of my fondest memories with him before he left home.

Great little local shop, it's the local pet shop but so much more. It has clothes, toys arts and crafts items and pet supplies from fish to dogs! Very friendly and informative.

Great store . They help my husband out , he knows dog and cats ,not spiders . He came home with just what we needed . So nice knowing there is a top rate pet store locally. Will be shopping again .

Most unique place I have been to in awhile.Not sure if it is a cool pet store that also sells learning toys,games ect... or a coll niche shop that also has pets and pet supplies.Let's see what do they carry... fish and tanks and supplies, hamsters, mice and Ginny pigs and supplies, rabbits, pet carriers..Oh, but wait.They had cool, board games, wooden trains, marble toys and sets... toys and puzzles.Just lots of cool stuff.

Serendipitous people are amazing and so friendly and helpful. Plus the have everything I need for all my pets(dog, cat, bearded dragon & fish)! I'm a 1st time fish mom & just learning how to keep my aquarium a safe habitat for my guppies & catfish. I'm so thankful to have a hometown pet shop that takes a personal interest in the pets we adopt from them.

Great little shop up in Houlton with all sorts of goodies. My favorite being all the pet supplies! While it may be a bit more expensive than one of the big box pet stores, it sure beats the extra travel! They also have lots of other good gifts and such too. A good place to visit for a bit of everything. :)

They have the best array or animals there from gerbils to hamsters to birds and fish. They also have supplies for bigger pets like dogs and cats, and even horses. They don't just have pet/animal supplies, they have toys for kids. Science experiments and games for them to play/learn from. Model cars for the young (and young at heart) ext.. Let's just say they have LOTS of things that would surprise you they even have there.. You're best bet is to just go check them out!! It's worth the trip!

First time here. The only place north bangor that has big variety of feeder insects. Also has lots of fur babies, fish and reptiles. The store also has lots of neat knick knacks and clothing.

Good place to go get fish if nowhere else to go. Not a very organized place. Fish tanks were dirty. A little over priced for fish. Employee didn't know anything about some of the inventory of fish.
