Not as much as my dog does😂 Everyone,who works here, is so kind and welcoming! I particularly want to acknowledge Marie, who waited on us yesterday: I told her my dog was very timid and shy and that we were trying to acclimate him to new and uncomfortable situations; of which TS has become his FAVORITE!😂 and she went out of her way to make him feel safe! She was so kind and patient with all of us, it made our shopping experience that much more wonderful! Thanks MARIE from EMMIT!

I am hit and miss with Tractor Supply for the most part, but I will say my interactions with Marie at our closest TSC in Holden Maine have really made the difference! She really cares about the customers and the company. She made my son feel so welcomed when he went there to buy a trap. She is always welcoming, caring, takes time for the customer. She is AMAZING! I know I look forward to seeing her face when I come through the doors, she is really an asset to the company!It's hard to find folks who care - so great job in Holden for finding and keeping a great employee! You are lucky to have her and I hope you give her a thank you from my family and myself!Thank you Marie!!! We adore you!

All the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoy going there. It really makes the shopping experience and the joy of returning. Matthew is always helping with propane. Him and my husband enjoy talking while propane fills.

Thank you Tractor Supply in Holden! This intrepid crew opened the day after our major rain and wind storm for their customers without power, with no power themselves. Armed with a portable generator to power a cash register and a crew wearing head lights to guide customers to their items and back to the register safely, they were there for us when we needed them. This customer will not forget that and will make sure to choose Tractor Supply when shopping for items they carry.

Only reason this isn't a lower rating there is one of the girls there is an absolute delight. One of the nicest representatives I've dealt with.The reason for the 3 stars is I called ahead to rent a trailer and they confirmed it was available. When I arrived, the girl said it was a process to to book. I let her know I'd be happy to book online if it was easier. She opposed and began booking. I watched her enter a work order on the trailer to avoid having to rent it. Shame.

After ordering online and was emailed confirmation of an item being in stock it was canceled stating it was no longer available. No other type of service was recommended. I called the Holden store. Cody said there was none there, but try ordering online and if no luck come in and we can certainly help you. I was greeted in customer service by Libby. She was extremely helpful! She immediately had recommendations, which was fast and efficient. I have a grill being delivered to my house today because she made it happen. It’s a Christmas gift, Libby & Cody made this happen 6 days before Christmas. Thank you!

Amazing customer service at this location. Cody is an excellent employee he really knows how to treat a customer. I had a huge issue with the Bangor location about some defective Rabbit Food. Bangor wouldn’t help. Holden and Cody resolved the issue. Professional and clean store. 5 stars.

Staff actually know about what they are selling. Bangor has so many people who don't have a single clue about anything they are selling. Holden has never made me walk out side to find a sku number. Awesome place

Came into return a pet food product and was told that the manager wouldn’t let product be returned that was open. Never had issues at any other locations and according to company policy on the website they will take back any return as long as the receipt is present.Staff also had a bad attitude

They have a dog washing section of the store and I LOVED IT. Super easy to figure out how to use, my dog wasn't intimidated by the little ladder that leads into the dog washing station, and multiple shampoos to use. I recommend you go there. Also my dog is not little, 80 lbs, and he had room to turn around in the tub.

I've tried hard to do business here but they make it impossible. No customer service inside of the store. Hate to say it but save yourself the hassle of going in the store and order from there mothership online. Tried to prepay for a 1000 dollar rear tractor blade to be picked up by my employee an hr later and flat out refused. Could go on and on about other problems but this should be enough to explain the issues.

This is the store if you are looking for pretty much anything for your home or farm. I love just walking around looking at the array of items they stock. At the end of course they always have my favorite snack at the checkout. If you have never been here, you are missing out.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted on the way in, asked if I needed help finding anything before I left (which I didn't because it was easy to find what I needed) and thanked for shopping their. I'll have to remember to go back again soon.
