Food is great, however, the location is around back and there is no signage. I parked at the front door that has stickers on the door as though it is the entrance and knocked and knocked. Then had to call several times to get someone on the phone who A) Told me the entrance was out back & B) Did not go: "Oh I'm sorry, the entrance is around back, but let me come let you in the front anyway." But the food is great.Parking: Entrance is around back, do not be fooled by the front entrance when the other business in the building are closed.

Let me tell you something, baby this is the first time I've had a pizza with double crust and if I'm leaving a review you already know it's gotta be the bomb. First time in Bangor and glad I had their pizza to go with my very good day, all jokes aside thank you very much, it was great.

Staff are friendly, pizza is pretty good but I liked the mozzarella sticks more. However I did reheat the leftover pizza I had and bit into something inside it that caught me off-guard, and I'm not quite sure what it was (maybe a big chunk of basil?). That aside, I liked this place.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Pat's Pizza for the first time, and I was impressed by their bar-style pizza. Both the base and crust were perfectly thin and crispy. The cheese and sauce went all the way to the edge of the pizza, just like any good bar pie should. The cheese itself was nicely browned and full of flavor, and the sauce was fresh and perfectly balanced. Overall, I was impressed with Pat's Pizza and would recommend it to anyone in search of a delicious, thin-crust pie.Vegetarian options: Their menu has several vegetarian options.

This place is truly a gift. My mom recently passed away after a long illness. Time and again, Pat’s was the only place my parents could go to during mom’s illness for various reasons. The staff was and is incredible, accommodating and always had a table ready for my parents. This place is a gem. You all hold a special place for my family. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness. And yes, the pizza is amazing too!

UPDATED--Less than impressed. Haven't been here since before COVID. Decided to give it Friday night shot for something different. When i got home and opened the box, this pizza was very dark, even black in places. The crust was like cardboard, someone else described it as pita bread in another review, which is accurate. Probably won't do this again, sadly.UPDATE: my husband and I each had one slice of this large pizza before throwing it out. His wings were also over cooked and got thrown out--a complete waste of money.

I wanted to share my recent experience with this location. My family has been loyal Pat’s customers for over 30 years at the Orono Pat’s but decided to give this location a try since it was a little more convenient in location.This past Sunday, we decided to try out the Holden Pat’s as we had just had a celebration of life for my Uncle who passed away this spring. We were a party of 8. When we arrived there were a few open tables and one large table open. The woman working let us know that it was reserved however we can sit at any other of the open tables “if you want” but she would not move them (none of the open tables were close together-so that is understandable ). A nice family offered to move so that we could sit together however the server would not allow us to push the two tables together that were directly next to each other.Our family felt very unwelcome so we decided to leave and go to Orono. Clearly we should have done that in the first place. The customer service (or lack of) that we received was appalling. I am very understanding as I myself work in a restaurant and know how it can be hard to accommodate large parties, especially with the staff shortages happening currently. There was no plausible reason that she couldn’t have let us push those two tables together other than the fact that she simply didn’t want to.Her loss. I’ll never undetected why rude people work in the food service industry.

Don't waste your money on the mini golf. Been here once every year since I moved to holden. Today was the final time. They never do any maintenance on any aspect of their 27 hole mini golf course. The bugs were extremely happy with their shallow water living environment that they have provided. When I mentioned it when I left I was told they don't know and the manager was too busy to speak with me. Have a much better time, and cheaper, at fielders choice in Bangor. They maintain their facility.

Friendly service, but the qualify of food and drinks is very different from other Pat's locations. This is a very small Pat's that mostly caters to golfers who want take-out but there is a small dine-in area. We are long-time Pat's customers for over 30 years and have always admired how the food is exactly the same across all their locations. Unfortunately, this cannot be said for the Holden store at Traditions Golf Center. The bread sticks were very different--they were missing the salt seasoning on the top and were very thick instead of thin. The pizza sauce lacked the distinctively good Pat's flavor. The loaded Pizza was overcooked; the meat toppings were all burned on the top--we scraped them off and was able to enjoy the rest of the pizza. The server told us that is just how the loaded is supposed to be due to the double-dough requiring a longer cooking time. Again, we have not experienced this at other Pat's. The margaritas we ordered were also unlike what we have always received at other stores; they were extremely watered down with what was clearly a cheap mix.Again, the service was friendly, but this store is clearly not following the Pat's specifications that makes the food a notch above an ordinary pizza place. Someone from Pat's should encourage them not to cut corners.

The wait was intolerable the food came out OK however did not come out at the same time roughly 2 hours and the dining room people that arrived after receive their food before definitely won’t be going back miserable experience I had to send my food back due to the nature of it being cooked not all the way some of the components in the order or raw. Government needs to step in and review this place they need some real talent to work there obviously they don’t care about their customers this is been going on far too long

Just ordered an Italian sandwich to goThey told me 25 minute wait. It’s cold cuts, I could make that sandwich in under a minute, granted there are other people waiting on food, does a cold sandwich to go get moved up the list, I guess not.Update! It only took 10 minutes, nice. And tastes great.

I called Pat's at 6:17pm on Saturday 10/2/21 to order an order of mozzarella sticks and a small pepperoni pizza. I was told due to staffing issues they could not provide the mozzarella sticks nor any other appetizer. When I arrived to pick up the pizza 20 minutes later I noticed no one sitting in the restaurant. She mentioned it was a pickup only night. As I was filling out my billing information I asked her how many people were in the kitchen tonight and she said three (a total of 4 at the store). I said that was Interesting and picked up my pizza box and walked away from the pickup window. It came clear to me as I left that there was plenty of time for these employees to provide the order if they chose to do so. There was less than 8 cars in the parking lot (probably 4 for the employees) and I was the only person at the window for pickup. Where has customer service gone? I was asking for a $7 appetizer which probably doesn't mean much to your bottom line but this is a significant management issue that needs to be addressed. I fully support small businesses and try to eat out or order out to help people and I typically tip 20% plus. Not satisfied with Pat's Pizza Holden tonight!!!

Sunday, June 13, 2021--Ordered a gluten free cheese, large hamburger & sweet sausage, and large Hawaiian. My wife said the gluten-free pizza, which had been decent, had been changed and threw it away. The dough on the two large pizzas was tough and chewy. There was no taste to the sauce. I attempted to eat leftover hamburger & sausage Monday morning. The sauce tasted like plain tomato paste. Normally the pizza from here is good, so I was disappointed. In fact, I was disappointed enough to send them a Facebook message telling them about my experience. Two days later, they have left my on "seen". I guess they don't care about the customer experience.

Ordered small ham and mushroom. Got home, had maybe 20 mushrooms in center of pizza with onion, which I detest on a pizza. Called, knowing they were closed, but, to let them know the error, someone gave me a "manager" whom was very abrupt, sorry can't do anything, were closed, really? No, sorry that happened, we'll make it right. Obviously just wanted to get out. A 2 item pizza shouldn't be that hard, really? Customer service skills and policies need to be honed!!!

This location is the best Pats. Even over Orono. The pizza was amazing. Also got a kids cheeseburger and french fries and it was huge. Big enough to fill an adult. I will go to this location every time from now on. Server was super nice and helpful also.

I love the Pizza, but they seem to have a hard time getting it to you hot at this one restraunt. I wish they would not let the Pizza cool so long before it is served or boxed for take out. Otherwise it's great. I'm picky out pizza and do like it hot not cold.Wow! Thank you Pat's Pizza you have made 100% turn around. I like my pizza hot and cheese dripping off it, not cold after a drive of less than a mile. Great job in upping your commitment to putting the Pizza in the box hot. I haven't had a cold one in months keep up the good work. Please, however, tell your clearly to stop opening the box it lets all the heat out and I'll be much happier with the hot pizza I deliver home to my family.
