Holly has been grooming our dogs (Chow Chow, Labrador, and Yorkshire Terrier) monthly for two years. She is the best! Holly treats our furbabies like her own and provides thoughtful feedback and suggestions for their care. She uses top quality shampoos and conditioners, which leave our dogs’ coats shiny and healthy. Holly is like a second mom to our pets. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a caring and professional groomer.

It is of great displeasure doing this because the groomer herself is great. But this is still a business where a service is being provided for clients - so there is still a level of professionalism that is expected. Being ghosted by a groomer even once is not okay. But twice now? No courtesy calls to say, "hey can we reschedule", nothing. That way I don't have to drive the distance I drive to get to her to groom my pups. And the price went up and I still decided to bring both my dogs. It just feels as though this was intended now to lose our business "naturally".While she grooms my dogs well, this ghosting of her clients is putting added stress on us to look elsewhere during a time when and in a place where there just aren't many groomers around accepting new clients for large breed dogs.Having to establish a new relationship with a groomer is never easy. So please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to avoid the risk of establishing a relationship with this groomer and then being ghosted for 2 appointments now.

Holly is incredible!! We found ourselves in a bind. Our Cooper who is a Maltese Bichon had played in the mud and rain for several days. We could not find a groomer on such short notice. When we called her and explained our situation she stayed late to take care of him. She washed, brushed and played in between brushing so he would not be afraid. She is so caring and good at what she does. I will recommend her time and time again.

We were very pleased with our first time experience, our golden retriever was given a summer grooming to perfection. We met Holly who was very nice. Daisy was the person who actually groomed our pet and she too was very nice, she listened to our wishes and exceeded our expectations. This is the place to take your pets their schedules are flexible and they return your calls in a timely manner. Treat your pets, bring them to Fetch Grooming you will be so happy with their devices.

Had a great experience with our pug getting his nails done the first time. The second time has been a nightmare. Had to leave two messages about making an appointment before being called back. Was told she could fit our dog in tonight at 5:30. Partner arrived to find the door locked and the 5:00 appointment there waiting too. No groomer, no response to a phone call. This is a 40 minute drive for us one way, requiring leaving work early. Left at 5:45 when she hadn't shown up for her 5:00 appointment. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people's time. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone looking for a groomer.

She is AMAZING, I have never met such a professional. My dog has never looked this good on the first trial basis. I was thoroughly impressed. He smelled great, his nails were perfectly cut, his entire look was show worthy and for such a low price, I gave her 120% tip because not only was I completely satisfied but my dog never looked so good!Highly recommended, Holly is worth it and she loves every dog that walks through her doors and knows every one of their names. Very knowledgeable of breeds and gets to know each and every dog, personally! ❤️

Holly is absolutely amazing! My rescue was abused really badly before I got him so he’s incredibly anxious around new sounds, places, and absolutely terrified of people. I’ve been doing a lot of his grooming at home for this reason but there’s a few things I haven’t learned yet or didn’t have the tools for that needed to get done. Holly spent time getting him comfortable and was very friendly with him - but stern. My boy really struggles with his anxiety and is so smart that if he thinks he can get out of an anxiety inducing situation he will go to great lengths to do so. Holly very kindly and gently made sure he knew that he was going to get groomed, even if he’s anxious - but also that he was safe. After spending a ton of time getting him comfortable she gave him an amazing groom and he looks wonderful. Will definitely be bringing him back! They’re also really fairly priced! Especially for how quality the groom was!

After my last experience at a different groomers I was concerned about grooming for my dog, I haven't had great experiences so far finding a place that can work w my scedule and short notice, that is until Holly came into my life to save the day! I can't say enough great things about how professional and caring she was for my shih tzu! Was booked for an appointment witin a few days and was assured all would be well! She explained that dogs temperaments vary and how it takes patience and understanding to gain trust and when I picked up my dog he was so happy and playful and looked like a million bucks! I guess trust has been gained!!!Thank you Holly! You really made a difference for us and our puppy and we will see you again!

Par excellenc. Feisty Siberian Huskies must have worn the owner's mind and body out. In the end my two girls looked perfect. Going home I didn't get attacked by copious amounts of hair. The service was stupendous. The owner was kind and patient. Everywhere not one groomer was available for months. This lady offered to come in on a Sunday (who does that?!). Pricing was fair. I highly recommend "FETCH" to everyone. I got to meet her dog Charlie. Adorable. The best part of any human being is their dog.

10/10 recommend. I just brought in my rescue chihuahua for a nail trim. I was so nervous because his nails were horrible and he can be a lot to handle. She made it look easy and she was so sweet and gentle with him. Such a great experience for both my pup and me. We took our dog Minky to Holly for the first time today. If I could give Holly a rating of all the stars in the sky, not just these five, I would. I went today for a nail clip for my 10 month old Labrador puppy. While no appt was necessary a time was suggested and I was taken right then. Sherry did a nice job with the pup and I was pleased I was able to watch it being done. Also a great value for $10. Three groomers on site, with good experience.

Poor customer service, priced high at 140.00, took 4.5 hrs after being told 3. Then asked if I was bringing back the borrowed leash to bring my dog to the car. Excellent haircut.
