We go here frequently and have never had any issues. Their fry’s are some of the best around. I’m writing this review because of the extraordinary service we got tonight. We had a little bit of a wait for food but we did come late and we totally understood and didn’t have a problem waiting. Not only did they let us order the food we wanted but they even kept the doors open past closing time so that my husband could come get it. Thank you hometown pizza. We really appreciate you guys.

Just moved to Maine about a year ago and have tried a lot of places but this place tops all of them. The customer service is amazing for starters. Everyone says hi when you get there and say bye when you leave just like you were family. The food is spectacular as well. Sometimes I have weird requests with my order and they meet every need. I will always come here for food, family, and conversation. The pizza is a little darker because I asked for well done. I like my crust a little crunchy. They did it to perfection.

Waited 30 minutes which is pretty standard (especially since it was a big order) I expected a bit overcooked because only 2 workers being overworked, and overwhelmed but this is quite burned maybe lower the oven temp or put it in for less time?Other than this the staff was really nice, and the food for being burned was good I always appreciate the food service workers they have a lot to deal with already.*edit since they have fixed the issues they were having I have decided to edit my review they have done an amazing job since fixing their oven

We ordered two large ham hoagies tonight. We went to pick them up after 20 minutes then were told they were overcooked and to come back they were going to make fresh ones. We should have inspected them in the store. However, we assumed they would be edible and brought them home. Upon closer inspection they are BURNT we will not be back at your establishment. As for your comment below of trying to reach out to me on facebook is a flat out lie.UPDATE: You deleted my post from your wall and you also have a tendency to remove all the bad comments on your page. Deceitful company. You should not be in business.

So last night I came to Hartland to visit my brother and he'd ordered pizza from here. It was delicious, the pepperoni was my favorite. So my mom and I decided to grab breakfast sandwiches there this morning and they were perfect! Just what I was looking for, English muffins were soft and crunchy, egg and bacon were cooked perfectly. Staff was so friendly. Anytime I'm in the area this will be included in the trip!

Crazy slow take out order. I was surprised that we had to wait an additional 30 minutes when we arrived at our scheduled order pickup time because they weren’t very busy. The pizza was meh.

I love the food and the atmosphere! The owners are two of the hardest-working people I've seen. The loaded fries are amazing and their wings basket is to die for! Everytime I come in I'm greeted by my name and asked how things were going and they actually are interested in knowing the people in the community that they serve!

I had a chance to stop in one morning on my way to visit family. Having moved out of the area years ago I hadn't been through Hartland in some time. What a gem! Every town needs a place like this. I had an enormous breakfast sandwich... but honestly they might as well call them brunch sandwiches because I didn't need any lunch after that. And they take Apple Pay!

We ordered 3 sandwiches, a veggie sub, a kids grilled cheese and a chicken burger basket. Waited over 40 minutes. My husband went up and talked to them at the 30 minute mark and was told "we're just finishing it up". 10 minutes later and it still wasn't done. We ordered in, but 2 of the 3 meals were placed in to go and set aside, the 3rd meal wasn't even started. At the 40 minute mark, I went up and was asked if it was 'for here or to go'. Then was told 'it's okay, go sit down and we'll bring it out to you'. From the owner. No apologies, no compensation and not even something when we were served. I've been a long time barista and have worked in service for the majority of my life. I'm always trying to give the benefit of the doubt because I get it and I know mistakes happen. And I really want to support third business because it's one of the few in town. But this was by far the worst experience I've had in a while and unfortunately the wait time was not a first time experiencing it at this restaurant.

Friendly people, a good pizza option, and good hecho i mexico Coca-Cola but FYI the menu posted has prices that are pretty far off 8 months later. The 1 topping pizza is about the price of the 4 topping. That was a bit surprising after calling in. Expectation management and all that. Enjoy your food!

Ok if you want honest reviews I'll be completely honest. I just ordered from home town pizza in hartland tonight. I got steak bomb cascade onion rings and wings it was all great except for the portion size for the price the wings and onion rings where good portions. The sub could have had more in it and I don't know if the cascade has different sizes or if it is just one size but for the price it could have been bigger so other than that the owners are great people their food is really good. And sorry if that sounds mean wasn't meaning to be. Just being honest and I get it's a B's world right now and a new business needs to make some profit just to make it right now

You asked for an honest review so here it is. We have ordered from you twice. Both times the orders were wrong. The first time was burgers and we have them very different. When we got them they were a mixture of both orders. The second time we ordered two of the same thing, one came without cheese. Now, that being said, the food was still wonderful. I know that as a new business things are hectic and things go wrong. I am confident that things will fall into a good rythym in time. We are glad you are here and the negative reviews don't really mean a lot at this time. You got this!! And we WILL order from you again.....many times I'm sure lol. I'd give you 4 1/2 stars if they'd let me.

I have had the pleasure of patronizing this new establishment and will say I for am very pleased with the food AND the service. I have known both owners for a very long time and can say with certainty, that they are BOTH very hard workers, who are thinking of no one but their customers. People need to remember, this is a new venture for the both of them, and they need time to get their feet planted, and time to improve their process...no one goes into a business like this, with everything pleasing everyone.They offer awesome food, with nothing less than the best ingredients, and no corners are cut. They pride themselves in having nothing short of a clean establishment, and good service to their customers. People need to give them a chance, and I am quite sure, that once they have their feet firmly planted, there be a full menu, with breakfast included. Give them a chance, and give them a try!

This should probably be a 2 or 2.5. In the pizza world, this didn’t really hit average. I’m grateful we have a pizza place in town but they’ve gotta up their game. I don’t think the crust is homemade - definitely seemed prepurchased - super flat and not flavorful - and the toppings were a bit scarce. We’ll probably give it one more try just in case it was an off night.

Not recommended at all. This is a new business that replaced a great long time one (Nettie’s). I understand new businesses experience growing pains but the service and quality are subpar. We just received our fourth delivery from them. Every order has been wrong. We are done ordering with them. When you call to complain the attitude that you receive is that you are the one to blame. They offer no solution to the problem. Done!
