I called R E Thomas on a Monday with a short time window for launching my commercial day charter sailboat after my 10 year old name brand dripless shaft seal failed and scored the shaft. They fabricated it by end of day Tuesday and it’s shipped and in my hand Thursday afternoon. Included is a silicon shaft hose and 4 T-clamps (I was not expecting this and consequently had already sourced the black hose in the photos). The machining is clean and the unit feels and looks bulletproof. Awesome service and clearly an excellent product.
