I brought my 9 month old kitty here for the first time and they were super friendly and fast and knowledgeable. I've never had a cat before and they answered all of the questions and concerns I had, simply. 5 stars, definitely recommend. My only complaint is the pricing however I have not looked at other vet clinics for comparison so maybe they are reasonably priced. I'm not sure.

The very best! Beautiful experience from the moment I called for an appointment for my cat. Polite, kind and can see how much they care about the animals. Explained everything so well. My cat is not easy going by any means and they worked so well with him. Only vet we will be seeing from now on. I would give them 5 extra stars if I could!

Took my pup here for his first check up and follow up. The office and exam rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and very caring. They made us feel welcome and I will definitely be using them for years to come.

I got a new puppy and had a hard time finding a vet. I called Hampden vet clinic and they got me in in 3 days. They were so nice and got everything straightened out, got my pup on the meds he needed and all done with the greatest compassion.I hope we have many years together.

Very rude receptionist wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to tell her I have a rescue puppy that has kennel cough I I wanted is just to check my puppy concerning that issues she said we don't do that only for established clients. And she wouldn't even give me appt to established care. Can't believe how rude she was. Certainly don't want my pets going there if there rude. If I could of given 0 stars iwould have.

These guys are great. They help me take care of my diabetic dog and my other dog who is a piece of work and needs to be muzzled. They are confident and comfortable with all kinds of dog personalities. They will also advise you on the phone if needed to avoid getting charged for a visit for ongoing issues. Overall, excellent service!

Amazing staff….so kind and caring and treat the animals as though they are their own. Dr Bither and Dr Hauser are patient, experienced and provide comfort and support in very difficult situations. When my cat Clark came home with a bloody ear, I didn't hesitate to Call Hampden Veterinary Clinic. I dropped him off, and they took great care of him. Picked him up before they closed. No surgery needed, thankfully, just antibiotics, cleaning the wound area, and a rabies booster. I depend on the folks at Hampden Veterinary Clinic, especially Dr. Bither. Hampden is lucky to have him.

I have been a client of this vet clinic for over 40 years. I miss Dr. Farren, but Dr. Bither and Dr. Houser are fantastic!!! Both explain things well, discuss care/options, and take time to answer questions/concerns. The vet techs, and receptionist are awesome too! Highly recommended!

I love this office staff and Dr. Bither. They help me over the phone when it’s possible and when River needed to be seen, they were able to get her in that same day. Dr Bither took considerable time explaining the issue, the meds and blood work. Our girl is feeling back to herself and ready to dig up the yard. Thank you♥️

Super friendly and helpful. I recently thought getting my puppy's meds on Chewy would be a good idea. What a fiasco! Hampden Vet bailed me out of my mistake and her meds ended up being cheaper than Chewy! Great service!

They know their stories; they think every one of them is sweet and perfect. No judgment on how they smell or drool lol. Dr. Farren and her staff give excellent and compassionate care to both pets and owners. They have seen us through an elderly father and his very old dog which would never have lived a few days longer than my Dad without their compassionate care. They have just taken on our 23 lb cat that was attacked by an unknown animal and is now healing well thanks to their wonderful care. They are the best!
