Not impressed with the new set up! Aisles too narrow, freight on carts blocking aisles, can't get a shopping cart through half the store. Nearly a month after their reset and it looks like a disaster area, and the coolers and freezers still aren't working right! Whoever came up with that floor plan needs to fix it or lose customers because the shopping experience is made worse by the mess you have to walk around and then push a cart? Used to do much of my shopping here prior to the new management and company that has taken over. After a number of visits, I am considering other options. Having your shopping carts crammed in the corner with the aisle full of boxes and overstock as well as not being able to see them makes things even worse! Can't back a cart out of its place because of the narrow aisle once again! Store employees are friendly and do ask if you need help finding something. I just politely smile and declined the offers! You need to rethink your game plan, it's not good... At all... 😠

I like the store but not the customer service. I'm in line, the lady in front of me is trying to return something and the cashier literally starts laughing, then goes to the manager telling him he has a return, still laughing. I asked him why he was laughing like that n he tells me I can shop elsewhere. I have a large purchase. I said I'll shop here, and you can cash me out, I spend a lot of money in this store. This store is notorious for poor customer service and rude cashiers.

Horrible customer service. Staff is more concerned with gossiping with eachother than assisting customers. Some staff have Horrible attitudes toward customers when asked simple questions. The stores floors and shelves are a whole other matter. They are dusty and look unkept. Disappointed to say the least. Get some staff who care about the store.

Very rude staff management is not knowledgeable about company when asked questions or product availability nor willing to help customers without a bad attitude very unfriendly the management.The stores management seems to think they can do as they want & can close up early with some lame excuse when corporate says the store should have been open. Very poor attitudes by management would not recommend this store

Great store, the staff is friendly and my favorite snack is a l w a y s there.. like, always! (Soft and sweet gummies like balck forest or life savers). They sell really good offbrand snacks (Eatz!TM) and sodas. Great to go to if you wanna save a buck or two! Just be careful, the floor gets kinda dirty during summer and winter from the dirt off tread/tracks of shoes/boots. They now have an even bigger selection of items and they have lots of discount items! I found pizzas for half off!

Quick stop! You can find almost anything here you might need around the house for the holidays or whatever. I needed more lights for the tree. The staff was kind enough to go find a box for me out back. Friendly folks!

Asked to change a $10 for 2 fives and you'd thought I had asked for a kidney. Was informed by the manager on duty that "they're not a bank" as she granted my request with major attitude.

About 99% of the staff here have bad attitudes and aren't very helpful. Not to mention the out dated food!
