I should've read reviews before trying to transfer my prescriptions to this store. The pharmacist got on the phone and told me he would call the other pharmacy to get the transfer going and would text when the prescriptions were ready. 4 days later no answers on the phone, the next day i called again and had the automated machine tell me the pharmacy is closed?? On a Tuesday??After that I called the original pharmacy to see if the transfer happened yet and sure enough nothing happened. I was blatantly lied to about my medications and I'm pissed. Never going to this store again.

Great customer service. Had trouble with Walgreens app and rewards program. Manager personally took the time to fix my issue and called me back. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant experience!

No staff. They must not pay well, or they have bad supervisors/owners.I suggest using the Hannefords pharmacy in town.

The pharmacy will not answer their phone or fill prescriptions on time without first showing up in person then you'll have to come back 30 minutes later to pickup.Before I found that out, I called the pharmacy twice, waited in the phone queue, and was disconnected exactly at the 25 minute mark both times. I called a third time, requested the store instead of the pharmacy, and the response I got was due to staffing issues.There's a much better way to handle your staffing problems than just letting the phone ring endlessly. Walgreens should just disable the phone line if they're going to waste 25 minutes each time you call.

Store is fine and clean, staff friendly. Pharmacy is another story was in line for 40 min and never received help when it was my turn. Staff ignored me while helping 10 people in "express line". Other attempt to pick up a prescription myself and others in line were ignored while the staff focused on drive through customers.

Customer service is horrible! Couldn't get through to pharmacy so I called store. Women was rude! Down right rude. Didn't want to give pharmacy a message. I've been in the pharmacy 2x this week to check on my prescription. They day they are working it and it's still not ready! They can't or won't answer your calls. I get people are busy and short staffed but to be rude on top of that is unnecessary and unacceptable. Time to find a new pharmacy

My experience has been the same as other reviews here. Pharmacy put me on hold for over 35 minutes, only to FINALLY get to the head of the line and have them disconnect me. Called back and the automated notification states there are more than three callers ahead of me! The system gives you an option to shut off the hold music, but not shut off the annoying automated message that comes on to apologize for keeping you waiting EVERY 20 SECONDS - I timed it!!! Now I've been on hold another 35 minutes and I still haven't been able to talk to a human, but there are still two callers ahead of me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The store is fine and clean I guess, but the Pharmacy every time we call takes almost an hour to even reach someone, and while waiting in that time we get dropped of hung up on multiple times. When we go through the drive thru to pick up the prescription is seems like this also takes a long amount of time. If I have to call every time I need a prescription filled how am I going to do that if I get hung up on and wait for 45 mins to even reach an associate.

Requested refill on 2/1. Received email confirmation it would be ready 2/2 at 11AM. On Saturday 2/5 I drove to Walgreens to a closed pharmacy in the weekend! I went back on Monday 2/7, waited 40 min at the drive through to be told at the window that the refill was not ready and to come back in half hour. Totally unacceptable. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Betweem this location and windham dont put your life in their hands counting on getting your meds. Took me a week to get a prescription. They closed when they supposed to be open they tell you your prescriptiom is ready only to be told when toy arrive to pick it up that it will be another 2 hrs. Walgreens is by far the worst pharmacy. It wasnt any different before covid. It was bad then and only getting worse by the day. You wpuld think its the pharmacist but its not its all on upper management.

As a mom in a suburban town, they're so welcoming, accommodating and kind to me and my disabled daughter.. It gives me the feels.....lol

Have a 4 year old who needed to pee. No public bathroom. I live I. Windham and will no longer be going there

Like all the other recent reviews views say, just terrible.Time to go to Hannaford"s I guess. No drive through there though.
