The lobby was closed. I think that it is always closed. We waited in the drive-thru line for 1 hour & 15 minutes (75 minutes) just to place our order and another 10 minutes before we got our food.When we got to the pick-up window it was pandemonium inside McDonald's. The employee tried to give me the wrong food. Fortunately, he was saying what was in the bag so I was able to refuse it before it got to me. I told him our order and he searched for a few seconds before coming back with it. Then I had to remind him what drinks we ordered. He could not find the 2nd drink from our order which was a large Sweet Tea with no ice. He repeatedly tried to hand me the wrong drink and when he tried to leave the window to go get it I had to get his attention and point at the only large drink with no ice that was right there in front of him so he could give it to me.In his defense though, I don't believe that he was the source of the problem. I think that other employees who were filling orders were not putting the parts of the separate orders together and were instead just jamming everything into his area and leaving him to sort it out. Had his coworkers been doing their jobs properly and had the manager been managing to keep everything operating in an orderly manner then the guy at the window wouldn't have looked like he was the problem. The lobby was closed so everyone working didn't have customers inside and in their faces to deal with so the drive-thru should have been running much smoother.Thank you.~ Me ~

Fast service however I did my own order by touch screen and why was the kid so determined to pick the sticker off their new tables. The 1 highchair they did have was absolutely disgusting

We stopped by around 8pm on a Sunday. The place wasn't busy but wasn't dead. Inside was clean but chilly. The heat wasn't set very high so keep the jacket on. Food was hot and fresh and the lady who served it to our table was polite.

i love the worker blake he is great and deserves a raise and a promotion. he was very nice and served us exquisite food. he made the experience 10x more magnificent.

My boyfriend and I ordered two quarter pounders with cheese and extra pickles. His was under cooked and cold. There was only cheese on half his burger with two slices of pickle. For my burger, the bun was drenched in grease, it was disgusting. It was also cold and had no pickles. I get that McDonald's is fast food, but that was ridiculous even for them.

This is the absolute worst run McDonald's I have ever seen in my life period I asked for a double quarter pound of which hes I get a double cheeseburger with extra pickles. This place is a joke and when I brought it to the woman's attention. She just yelled at me and said I could go somewhere else period so I'm being persecuted for wanting what Paid for a The woman who runs this is just an absolute joke and she is the rudest person I have ever met in my life and I will absolutely never be back.

This location is often VERY busy, but I never have too long of a wait. The morning staff are great! One girl is there almost every day at the cashier drive thru window, and she is fast and efficient at her job! I always hope I pull to the right lane to get her on the computer to take my order because she is so fast and knows everything so well!

I wish I could give you zero stars. This is one of the most inconsistent locations I've ever been to. Without fail the Gray location messes up my order EVERY time I go there... Now I avoid it. It doesn't matter if I go inside, use the drive-thru or order ahead on the app. My order is never correct!Not to mention the employees act like the Oreos are personally coming out of their paycheck... If you pay extra for something, you should be getting it! McFlurry's are one of the few things that you shouldn't be able to screw up... But here we are! 🤷

Manager looked at us 5 times standing waiting to be waited on not once said a thing . Drive thru girl walks by says I will be right with you . Walks back by and totally blew us off . It's always like this . It takes forever to get anyone to take your order at the front. They are to worried about drive thru , what they did last night ......... take some customer service classes .

What can I say…McDouble and a McChicken. They came, in reasonable time, and were tasty.Bathroom was reasonably clean but as usual, no paper towel so grab some napkins on the way in so you don’t have to wonder why you washed your hands and why the door handle is wet on the way out.

Pretty much have ordered there weekly for years, and it's been great up until this last month. Had a few minor order errors lately, but tonight I drove 35 minutes to get there, to find out they were not taking cash. I understand technical problems, tho after a lifetime of retail work, hard to think of many circumstances that would prevent the acceptance of cash. If it happens again, I will stop going, because the waste of gas and time to drive that far is not worth gambling on a burger.

I ordered a large caramel frappe and I paid extra for extra caramel and when I got to the window I specifically talk to the girl about it and she said yup called up front and they know to load it they gave me a caramel frappe with very little caramel on the top of it not even enough to cover the wipcream This place has a serious problem with getting people's orders right. this is like the 4th day in a row that I ordered the same thing and it's been wrong. The drive thru takes a least 5 to 10 minutes to get thru. So when you receive a mess up it's another 10 minutes to be fixed. People don't have time to sit and wait AGAIN for there order

It's literally your standard McDonald's so giving it a star rating based on food doesn't make sense to me because we all know what we are getting at a McDonald's. I gave it 4 stars because of the service and the staff. They are friendly and they are quick. I've never had an issue with my order or had to wait long. The food is put together well, never messy. It loses 1 star because no McDonald's should have 5 stars in my opinion
