We had a very pleasant experience taking our new (to us) dog for her exam and immunizations. All of the staff were very friendly and greeted our dog like she was a queen. Dr. Filler spent over an hour with us and answered all of our questions and explained all of her findings. We did not feel rushed and we feel so comfortable bringing our dog here.

The team was kind, compassionate, and informed regarding my Pete's dental care. I was so teary, and they treated me with such sincerity. Pete's tooth extraction and deep cleaning went well, and he is healing peacefully. They were also very clear about home care for the next week as he heals. So grateful!

We lost our pets in a house fire and my brother in law brought them down there to be cremated. They would not put our last names on the paperwork and had to use his instead. If he was having it done for us why couldn't they just put the name on it. We had a lot of other stuff to deal with also so we couldn't go down and have it done ourselves. No respect for the family members that went through this. Don't have a family member bring your animal here for cremation. They won't respect your wishes and will just do it how they want to. Paid a lot for it also to have someone else's name on it.

They never ever rush my dogs exams. They always listen and make my dogs and myself feel like we’re their only patients! Even if they only see us once a year! I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.

Second time calling to see if they could find an appt ( they are listed as a hospital) first time I was told to go a clinic in portland, second time I was told to call gray animal vet to see if they could do blood work. I told her I don't think so that was my first choice before here which they were not taking anyone I tried for a year . So I asked should I look for a new vet. I was told basically bring her to my old vet . Which I had to the first time they couldn't see her . Guess what I got in . My old vet has always squeezed us in . You guys should have a certain number of sick call appts . If you do you pick and choose who gets them .

I took my dog here for an urgent visit in October 2022 because she had a fever. They diagnosed her with a "tick borne disease" gave me 7 days of antibiotics and said "She's probably just one of those dogs who gets melodramatic when she has a fever." The office visit was over $500. This Sunday January 22, 2023 my dog died from an aggressive osteosarcoma in her skull diagnosed by Yarmouth Vet Clinic. The fever she had in October was due to inflammation in her skull. For at least 2 months after Gray New Gloucester saw her my dog lived with a lot of pain that could have been avoided had this clinic taken their time to do a thorough examination. The tumor was visible in the hard palate at the back of her mouth. At least put in $500 worth of effort. I will not bring any of my animals here again.

Waited awhile for my appointment, finally appointment day may 17, they called to cancel due to emergency...I called to reschedule asap...soonest is June 7th, I asked for sooner. They had none. I said ears are now bothering him I need to get in sooner, no appointments, and my appointment was only for vaccines I would have to make another appointment for that, or I can take my dog to emergency vet for his ears...so no concern for my dog ...time for a different vet, someone who actually wants to help animals not just make money.

The staff here are wonderful. The were professional and very knowledgeable. But they were also extremely caring toward our pet. And although they were short staffed due to a important family matter, they still made time to see us and didn't rush us at all. Great place!

They were awesome! They had 2 hard to find vaccines we needed for our dog. They gave them to our vet who didn't have them so Teddy could get his vaccines. Thank you for sharing your supply with us!

Very disappointed with these people. Took my dog for her appt only to find out they could not see her due to some problem. Hour and half away. Talk about wasted gas and my baby not getting her shots. They say they called me which was a bunch of bull. Who takes it out on a dog? Ya, their real caring. She has been going there for 6 years. Look out people lo e. Someone is next,, and down the line. You sick GNG Vet.

I am happy with the care and compassion of the staff here. They always can fit you in when you need to be seen.However I feel as if their prices are significantly higher than our previous vet. That do accept carecredit for pet visits, many vets in the area do not. This allows us to handle unexpected vet bills if our pets fall ill or become injured.

Lovely service! Dr. Fuller saw my cat, Bones, and I love her personality! She answered all my questions, as well throughly and thoughtfully addressing my concerns. She treated Bones like he was my baby, which I appreciate cause he’s my fur baby!
