I hate to leave a one star. It actually makes me uncomfortable. The girl at the drive up window was incredibly friendly until I handed her my phone to pay using the app. She took my phone to scan the barcode and actually changed the tip without telling me. She doubled it. I saw her pushing buttons and she told me she was making sure the price was accurate. We noticed it on our emailed receipt after we had left. Such a shame because it was a great experience otherwise. Not sure how often this happens but double check your receipts.

I am amazed at how the staff at the Gray location,remember an order, I'll start the order and every single one of the young ladies on Several different days,would say is this for Montray? And we'll yes it is.. and then tell me how much they like him.. and written notes on his coffee cup, I have to say amazing customer service, and hope soon I say HI, and they say, got your medium extra extra... a big recommend from me!!!! just for the smiles, customer service, and amazing attitudes of service!!!

Wonderful staff!! Always a smile, sandwiches are always nice and hot, and the coffee? You had me at Dark Roast.I will drive past other places, maybe wait an extra minute or so, but it's always worth it.Did I mention the Staff is fantastic? :)

Most Aroma Joe's ill give a 5* too, and trust me when I say this, I have been to nearly all of them. This one is included in that 5* selection great service and always a great selection of goods, never usually dry even in the afternoon.On an added note, they dont usually have decaf coffee in the afternoon. But they will happily brew decaf when one is requested and they don't seem the least bit bothered by it! (It's the only decaf so far that doesn't give me a headache, probbaly due to their clean solvent free method!)Their prices have creeped up recently most likely due to inflation but still less than Starbucks so still a big win.Parking: Small lots for walk up window (much quicker than drive through usually)

AJ's in Gray is one of the best locations I have been to. I go at least 5 days a week for my morning coffee, so the staff already knows me and is usually ready with my order before I even pull up to the window (consistency pays off, I guess). I would recommend to any newcomers to simply ask for "something fun" if you aren't sure what drink to get. The staff here is very friendly and talented at coming up with flavor combinations that one wouldn't even think of. Specifically with their rushes. They will even ask you of there's anything in particular you don't like, and work around that. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough!

After church, on Sunday, my husband and our friends stopped for a coffee. We had never been to aroma Joe's and our friends said it was better than Dunkin. I was super skeptical. But my word! This is the best coffee in town! It was not syrupy, stick or overly sweetened, the coffee was rich, and earthy and still had all that wonderful notes of a black drip coffee but you could Tates the salted caramel flavor. It was not over powering and it was perfect drinking temp! They even have gluten free options! And we snagged 2 brownies. This is our new favorite coffee spot nd we will continue to make Aroma Joe's a frequent stop.

We frequent AJ’s and I just don’t understand how my drink is NEVER consistent. Some days it’s really good, other days it’s mediocre. Not enough flavor, too much water, not enough cream or sugar, etc. I’d say we get a perfect drink maybe 2/5 visits. The girls are always sweet though, so you’ve got that going, but it’s never fun knowing if I’m going to like my coffee today or not. Also switched from the cold brew to the iced coffee because the inconsistencies in flavor of that and even the iced coffee is questionable at best.

Update your signage. Ordered something for the discount, got to the pick up window and noticed the discrepancy on my receipt, then was told that the discount was only during certain times despite the sign not saying so. Wasn't offered a the difference for an item I wouldn't have even bothered with otherwise. In retail we'd get in deep sh!t for not honoring posted pricing. not sure why yall are different.

Bad experience at this location. My boyfriend and I went to go get breakfast and the employee at the drive thru window handed my boyfriend a coffee with the lid half open burning his hand and spilling on the outside and inside of his car. The lady overcharged us for an extra bagel. To top it off she mixed up our coffee orders. I will likely not be returning back.

Usually our drinks are spot on. Not tonight, order a hot mocha. Pull out and ip to the first light to find my hot mocha is just as cold as my daughters smoothie. Guess I need to drive a little further to Starbucks instead.

I’m a regular, I come almost everyday and get a strawberry kiwi most of the girls recognize me and are polite. But there’s this one woman that is just disrespectful to me because I made her remake my drink once. I work customer service as well and I understand it is very annoying to remake something but out of respect you are supposed to be nice. I honestly think there should be something done about her behavior because this is a on going thing and it’s ridiculous that she’s acting like that.

Love this place! This is my regular location, and they know my order when I pull up. And unlike some locations, they have an oven, so breakfast sandwiches ate actually edible there.

Takes way to long to go threw drive threw and the their prices are high for the price of one coffee I can go across the street to McDonald's get 2 coffees and a muffin and McDonald's has better coffee..
