Today I stopped at this location to do some weekly grocery shopping. Upon entering the parking area, I found the lot to be clean, obstacle free and without maintenance issues. The store was in the same good condition with the shelves amply stocked. I was not acknowledged nor did I receive any welcoming or parting greeting. Very spacious. A bit less crowded even at 5pm than other Hannaford's nearby. Have increased their selection of plant based and organic. I am very sold on this location.

Nice laid back store but always out of certain items like fresh romaine lettuce, so you end up having to spend more money to buy the pre packaged lettuce. Also bread isle has empty shelves. Recently started shopping at another store out of town and have had no problem finding items many of which are much less expensive.

So on on February 10 I went get grocery I go get cash out one the line she said I only take less 14 item so I go to another line and I watch that person take a customer I was just in then I had two Young people I ask them have a nice day and they laughed like okay I k know im ugly but what is your problem stop judging people on there look cause they picked ur line I’m a human

1/9/24 Update: if I had more choices for groceries I'd be giving up on Hannaford completely after the never ending issues in my past 6 visits in a row. Carside Togo's quality in service has absolutely done a complete 180 into some of the most inconsistent service at this store. Over filing bags to the point that they break open while unloading. Food cross contamination putting raw meats in with cooked and produce. I'm keeping my original review below because this store used to be incredible and I'm open to giving second chances.Give ppl full time jobs, a livable wage with benefits and watch the employees & store do better! Make them invested in the success of your company. The quality of Hannaford's products has also noticeably dropped. I can tell there have been changes in producer quality. Such a shame. Looks like Market Basket and Costco will be taking my business because I can't count on Hannaford anymore.As an Immunocompromised transplant patient the Carside to go has been one of the best features to come out of Hannaford in a long while.I still do not go into the store due to my compromised status but the carside team has been awesome!I'm not certain what's going on with corporate and the changes to some of the Hannaford brand foods but they can stop changing formulations any time because you're effecting the quality of your food in general!

The Clynk situation at Gorham Hannaford is catastrophic… something needs to be done about this stat! More pick ups, hire out a truck if Clynk can’t keep up. It’s bad enough we have to buy Clynk bags at Hannaford in Maine that we never get refunded for but this allows very little reassurance that our deposits get back to us consumers.

Read a review that said, 'best grocery store in Maine'. Tall order, but I have to say this place was pretty great. Super clean, fresh produce, good variety. Wish it was my neighborhood grocery store.

As always wonderful. I just wish I could purchase fresh fish after 7:00 pm. The counter is always closed and they don't have any packaged for me to grab.

Why do they keep moving the products from one isle to another without moving the isle markers? Confusing & causes one to "search" for the products in an isle that is not properly labeled. Frustrating for the shopper. At least the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Just a note of praise for your employee Brenda.I have been coming to the Hannaford Store for 41 years and encountered many good people. She is one of the kindest and most patient people you have. She is so helpful to older customers like myself and she is equally so when helping your younger staff who are learning your equipment during their first few days. Good product, friendly staff. Layout works pretty well. Location is very convenient. Only drawback is the habit of staff to stock shelves during the busiest hours and their cars hey in the way.The staff that runs the Hannaford to go pickup are among the friendliest and hardest working peeps I know. I love that service!

Currently in store approached deli was ignored for 5 minutes then told they were cleaning and it would be a while when I came back a few minutes later still before 6:45 lights are off item I wanted has presliced selections that were sliced on 27th sell by 30 my customer does not want this. Sign on case says closes at 7pm

Typically very clean and well kept. Produce, Deli, and Bakery departments keep a fresh rotation of product. The store is usually staffed well, and the staff is helpful. This location lacks a bit in product selection as most smaller locations outside major market do, ans there are times (weekends typically) where it is obvious the truck has not yet arrived and holes can be found on the shelves. Overall this is a great community level store.

Shelves continue to be bare. Going different times and different days of the week. Always an issue. Basic items missing. OJ, eggs, milk etc. Went to Market Basket last week for the first time. All shelves full. The difference was very noticeable.

On today's stop, heading to the lake needed some last minute cooler items, great produce assortment,cold cuts too. Some beverages don't forget the ice.In and out quick,friendly helpful people .never a surprise,usually have all you could want.But can someone tell where the rice cakes have gone? Can't find them anywhere. Lol

Their fresh hot fried chicken is always perfecly cooked. I give them 4 stars because they do not have enough stock in the poultry section. I can understand with the current situation it is acceptable. So, it is ok. But, I buy my weekly needs from here all the time.

Far, far to expensive no wonder the place is empty. Filled one single use bag and it cost $65. One jar of Rao pasta sauce costs $9 !! It's Market Basket in Windham from now on, the veg is much fresher anyway

Usually I have a good experience here however today, the store was busy with long checkout lines. One of the employees went to a register and started typing her numbers in and there was a lady with her groceries on the belt so I figured she was open so I left the long line I was in and got in that line and she said “I’m not open” that’s when I realized the lady in line was another employee who was leaving for the day. So you’re telling me you have the time and staff to open a register for a single employee but you can’t check out the actual customers? How does that make sense. The employee should have waited in line like the rest of us. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Great location. Only .3 miles from my apartment. I can walk or ride my bike there if I don't feel like driving. Great selection of meats and seafood and baked goods and canned foods. Just about everything you'd need at a grocery store.

The shelves are consistently bare, especially the refrigerated milks which were almost completely empty, with the few remaining cartons stuck in the back of the shelves. There also seems to be storewide price increases.

Great produce for sure, the best anywhere around, especially versus Walmart. They have the standard retail problem of not keeping enough cashiers on usually, it's always pretty busy. Otherwise excellent grocery store! Great sushi too!

This is my hannaford for most of my groceries. Staffs have been super nice. My only complaints are: there are only 4 self checkout booths and cilantros are always gone!

The food was delicious and service was to notch! We had the French Toast with crispy bacon and home seasoned fries, and the combo 2 egg, blueberry pancake, home fries, extra crispy bacon. Topped off with an OJ and a mimosa! We will be back!

I like this hanafords a lot. They have a good amount of parking and they always have plenty of carts (that’s arnt wet) the staff is always very nice and respectful. There produce is always fresh and they have a decent selection. Conveniently located next to a gas station , a dollar store , a Dunkin’ Donuts aaaand a ocean state job lots.. it’s just a convenient shopping complex, really :)……There’s a tractor supply there too, but we all know how I feel about them..
