Rebecca is great with my cocker spaniel mix, Lucy, who has separation anxiety.Her one-on-one approach with her schedule is a plus! You won’t find any dogs in a crate waiting to dry or be groomed! Other places charge you extra for that type of service this service!She does a wonderful job on Lucy’s grooming too! Note, cocker spaniels have an intricate style/cut and she does a great job, every time.

Highly recommend! Melvin, our little handsome guy, is usually an anxious dog but is always so calm and enjoys going to furry paws! Easy to set up appointments, takes half as long for the cut than places we went before; and he always looks amazing and is so happy when we come pick him up!

After searching far and wide I finally found a place that grooms cats! My long haired boy was in desperate need of some clipping and Rebecca did a great job. She was patient and gentle and got the job done quickly. The rate was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

I visited Furry Paws and Pet Grooming to have my two cats receive a lion cut. The two women who attended to them were kind and did a good job with the shaving. Initially, I had requested flea baths for my cats, but the staff noticed that my cats were uncomfortable with it and promptly informed me (which I appreciated).However, my primary concern and source of dissatisfaction with the service revolved around the inconsistency and lack of transparency in pricing at this establishment. Prior to my visit, I received a voicemail stating that the price for the cut was $85 and the bath was $25. When I called again to confirm, I was provided with the same pricing details, albeit relying on my memory in this instance. Yet, upon arriving, I was informed that the total cost would be $240, which came as a surprise. I had expected it to be $220, but I assumed I would clarify the change when picking up my cats.Upon my return, I was informed that the pricing had been adjusted to $20 for the baths (which were ultimately not administered due to my cats' discomfort) and $100 for the shaves. This represented a significant increase from the initially quoted prices, which left me feeling somewhat taken aback. While I understand that pricing adjustments can be made based on the labor of the job, I believe it's crucial to communicate such changes to customers beforehand, especially when there is evidence of an initial agreement, as in my case with the voicemail.Unfortunately, the price was not corrected to match the original agreement of $85, and since I had paid in cash, it can't be rectified. To prevent similar issues in the future, I suggest that the establishment prominently displays their pricing on their website rather than solely providing contact information for quotes. This way, customers can have a clearer understanding of the expected costs and avoid any misunderstandings.

I’ve been bringing my dog Hampton to Furry Paws for about a year. He is a papillon and needs extra care on his cuts. Rebecca knew what to do and made some great suggestions on the upkeep on his fur.
