From beginning to end, our experience with Air & Water Quality was top notch! Austin's initial visit gave me a very clear and comprehensive understanding of the system options they offer. He was personable, professional, and made doing the water test I opted for so much easier than figuring it out myself. Their follow-up process was perfect for us, as unexpected events caused a lag in our ability to follow through right away. When the time opened up to do the install, they were right on it, and we were so happy with Freeman, who did a beautiful job clearing out the old system and creating/installing the new. Another great guy, kind, super to work with, and explained the system and how to take care of it with easy clarity. We're very impressed with the whole thing, and look forward to having them service the system as needed for years to come.

We've been customers of Air and Water Quality Inc. for decades. Our trust in them deepened when they told us that we needed a new water filtration system and then proved it to us with evidence. The technician who came initially to diagnose our water problem was accurate in his assessment and solution. The system itself is complex and well-installed. The customer service is top-notch. Matt warned us that there was a problem with the electrical system before he departed for the day, and when we had a problem with the system shutting down after he left, he turned his truck around and returned. The problem was the electrical rewiring, which we quickly solved by bringing in a second electrician post-installation. I debated giving 4.9 stars because of this small problem. This was a significant expense, but the water quality improvement is spectacular. It's the cleanest water we've ever had.

Surprised to receive water results that needed remediation, AWQ assuage my angst with customer driven timely responsiveness. Then when Dean and crew arrived at my home on time, actually a bit early, he professionally explained the entire process, introduced me to his team and approached the project at hand with a positive, let's get it done demeanor. At the end of the day, Dean explained all that had been accomplished in a thorough manner, kindly answered my questions and assured me, with the data,that the issues had been fully addressed. And everyone was nice to my dog:) It made the process of writing the check a whole lot less painful! thank you!

Freeman did an outstanding job with the installation of my new water filtration/oftener system. He is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced plumber. Justin arrived a few minutes before the appointment time (which is always reassuring).I told him about a problem with pressure from the filtered water spigot and he showed me an indicator light on the unit that indicated low pressure and a need to replace a couple of the cylinders. During the service he also found another issue with the unit (which he also showed me). When he had finished in the basement he completed the service in the kitchen and explained what we could expect from the spigot during the next few hours. Justin's willingness to take time to be sure we understood what he had done was much appreciated. Kudos to Justin and Air & Water Quality for providing us with 5 star "quality" service.

Mike showed up on time to determine our needs for a filtration system. He was professional, courteous, and listened to our specific concerns. A detailed quote was provided within minutes of his leaving!Update (11/14/2023) - I had a water softener system installed today by Freeman. He was very knowledgeable, informative, personality, and took his time to do the job thoroughly. I never felt that he rushed any of the process and feel confident that my water issues have been resolved!Update (2/15/2024) - I had a back wash system installed today to eliminate rust and iron in the water. Freeman was so caring and dedicated to making sure the job was done professionally and to our complete satisfaction. He's a keeper! Air & Water never lets us down.Update (3/6/2024) - I had a reverse osmosis system installed today to eliminate uranium in the water (and anything else that might be bad in the future). I also had an air radon system installed. Finally have all 4 systems complete and couldn't be more pleased with the level of expertise and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Since 2006, when Air & Water Quality, Inc. installed a radon mitigation system in my basement to remove radon from my house water (dug well), they have maintained the system with annual service calls. I am completely satisfied with their service and am considering their expertise as I look for alternative water sources for my home.

The Air & Water Quality plumber was professional and on time. He addressed the repair quickly and finished the work in short time. The work looks solid. I asked him to show me how to shut off and to re-pressurize the system and to show me how to install a new bulb. The new unit gave him some trouble which he quickly resolved with a phone call, and then he explained to me that the product has a small issue with plugging the bulb unit contacts into the power supply. He explained the best way to handle that when it's time to change the bulb again.He cleaned up everything, provided the owner's manual and a bacteria test.

It’s really nice to see people show up with a smile on their face. It really starts the relationship on a positive level. Very professional and receptive to what you’re trying to explain what’s wrong with your appliance. They explained what they were doing and what I should be looking for in the future to make sure that I have great results from my appliances. They also suggested I use a different brand of salt that would work better and I appreciate the suggestion. This is a great company with great customer service and would recommend them to anyone. We recently purchased a water treatment system from Air and Water Quality Inc.They did a pre installation visit and saw myexisting radon mitigation system which hasn’tbeen in service for months. Rod Chaffee their representative said he would send a tech out and do a preliminary investigation. Their service technician Alec came by the next day and determined a timing relay was defective and would order a replacement. He was extremely efficient and explained the problem in layman’s terms. I could not be more satisfied. I am convinced Air and Water Quality Inc. has the products and technical expertise for all water quality and radon mitigation issues that home owners may require.
