Freedom General Store is your standard convenience stop. They have a wide variety of drinks (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic) as well as snacks and some standard groceries. They also have some hot meals to grab on the go. On my visit, one of their refrigerators was a little run-down and having trouble keeping the drinks cold, but overall the store is well-run and the employees are very friendly.

They had the oil I needed and saved my kids and I from walking a long way. Counter girl was kind and light hearted. Price was very decent for it being a small store. Out of the way but so grateful it's there!

Great staff and fun place to get necessary items. The owners are very involved in the running of the store and are incredibly nice people. Since the transition of being under new ownership, the store is even more well-stocked and the overall layout looks great. It's also a very handy place to be able to get gas, especially when there's not many choices nearby for miles.

This is a good country store. You have most everything you expect and you can get your hunting license and deer weight. Food made to order is always good. Agency liquor store. Nice friendly staff good community presence. Often an old-timer or two sitting around a small table inside or out front on the bench. This is very much a family operation and I love that about it.

I go to Freedom General Store because the pump your gas in the mornings. I just love Poncho, the gal that pumps gas. She used to work at Hilltop Store and when she left there alot of her gas customers followed her to Freedom General.

Prices too high, charge too much for trash stickers( town office agrees), gas you can get cheaper any day anywhere else usually almost .30 cheaper, not very convenient... Being only store in town, i go elsewhere
