I called Karen about my extremely timid and extremely matted doodle whom we’d rescued from a puppy mill. Matilda had been to three other groomers who’d been unsuccessful and in fact, told me to bring Matilda back when she had been sedated. Not only did Karen drive 40 minutes from her home on a Sunday to meet Matilda before the appointment, but she insisted Matilda not be sedated for the appointment, so they could form a relationship. Because it had been so long since Matilda had been properly groomed (maybe never) we knew she’d have to be shaved right down. Karen spent hours with her and really worked hard to give Matilda a beautiful haircut. We have a completely different dog now! Karen did an incredible job, giving our dog breaks when she needed them, and coaching us on how to build Matilda’s confidence. Karen is extremely well informed and sensitive to special needs dogs. I’d recommend Karen to everyone!

Karen is amazing! We have two Australian Shepards…LOTS of hair. She has bathed, groomed and clippped them perfectly every time! Not only does she do a great job but our boys LOVE her. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing their dog, or cat, well taken care of. Doesn’t hurt that she is a very sweet lady!

Karen does such a great job with our Aussie doodle, Molly. She takes great care to make notes of what we like and what didn't work as well. Also, as soon as we realized how sensitive Molly's skin was she did everything she could to make sure that every product used on our fur babe was not causing any type of reaction. We love Karen and have recommended her to anyone that needs a groomer.

Karen is so talented in what she does and my pup always looks amazing! And what I really like about her, is that she is patient(she also can do cats, that's how patient she is!) and always puts the animal's feelings and safety first! Top notch care and beautiful work. You won't regret it!

Karen has been grooming my dogs for at least 10 years. In the past I had a couple of dogs I adopted that were very fearful as they had been abused prior to coming to me. She did an awesome job keeping them calm and making them look great. Unfortnuately they got old and passed on.. My current shepherd was a bit of a drama queen getting her nails done when she was a pup. Karen helped condition her to make it a piece of cake to do her nails now. Highly trust and recommend!

Attentive and loving care given to my senior pup. I appreciated her compassion and understanding that illness had kept me from keeping up on his grooming. Lord knows I felt bad enough. Highly recommend and I already booked another appointment!
