Our first time taking our 1 year old golden and she loved it! My dad is now taking his dog here and I was so pleased with the information and knowledge we received. Won’t be going anywhere else!! Highly recommend!

I have been going to House of Stillwater grooming for 7 years. I have a cocker spaniel who gets a full groom and two large dogs that get their nails done every month. I have always been treated very well! My dogs love going to their appointments! I would recommend this groomer to anyone!RIP Sarah!! You are missed by so many!!

I have been going here for quite a while and the service was okBut last week I took my toy poodle there for a haircut and when I got home, I was horrified that she had razor burns on her face, neck, belly and all 4 legs. A week later, most have healed but still some large scratches that are not fully healed. I will never go back there again. Richard, you should be ashamed of yourself for doing that to a defenseless animal!!!

We brought our Pomeranian puppy for his first hair cut and he was great with him very gentle and calming. He listened to what we wanted in a style and will be regular customers from her on out.

Pretty hacked looking grooming job, dog had cut on his leg afterwards from getting nicked by clippers, they crated him with a fan on high against the crate to dry the dog, and i found a few ticks on him after being groomed. Very nice staff and good intentions but not what we were looking for.

With great caution, we brought our dog Milo there for the first time to have his nails trimmed and get him bathed. We was worried that Milo would be too aggressive but Rich was great. He made friends with him and got the job done without incident. 🙂

Would give zero stars if I could. Richard was absolutely terrible. We’ve had our cat groomed many times in the past and never had a worse experience. Richard was incredibly rude to my boyfriend who was working with him and my cat. He kept arguing with Sarah the whole time and asking my boyfriend “if he had a problem” which my boyfriend repeatedly said no to. He kept arguing with my boyfriend the whole time. He said he was done and got everything with chunks of hair hanging off and knots left so my boyfriend said oh I think there may be some more knots. Richard then again was rude to him yelling at him to point them out. My boyfriend then took my cat and left. He still has chunks of fur hanging off of him, he’s half finished and has a bloody paw. My boyfriend was in tears after this experience because of the insane frustration and rudeness he experienced. Regretting the whole experience and never coming back here again.

Very professional, creative, full service - special care as though it was their pet. Prices are indicative of the experience and well worth the extra money.Previous groomers philosophy was in and out. Stillwater alcohols your pets ears, bath, takes care of matting between paws, and tailor's your pet's grooming as per their pedigree [English Springer Spaniel] and he comes out very happy and feeling vigorous. Very, very, thorough!

My eight-month old cockapoo visited Rich and Sarah for the first time today. She went in a shaggy mess, and came out a beautiful doodle. They made sure she was familiar with the place and them and that I was comfortable leaving her. It was a very good experience. We now have monthly appts for nails and ears, and the works every two months. They were both very knowledgeable, kind, and loved my dog!

They are always really nice people. They are great with the pets. The lady i saw today was extremely gentle with my cat and did her nails and cleaned her ears. Great price as well.

My 13 week old poodle got his first cut with these folks and I couldn’t be happier. He looks adorable! Plenty of patience and care went into this little guys first experience and it shows.
