First and last time here. I am going to stay with Walmart.Though a clean store and clean employees, low variety for a lage store. I asked an employee where the A-1 stake sauce is. His reply? After looking to the ceiling for the answer, he said, "that should be in the condiment aisle." Duh. I just said thanks and walked away. How can you work in a food store and not know the number aisle where something is? I worked in a major food store for 19 and a half years in the Midwest. Every week EVERY manager tested their crew on where items were in the store. Chashiers, baggers, grocery, every department had to know the aisle number and main location items. This was one of the largest chain stores in our area. Not a Mom and Pops. We are there to help. Not just to see you walk by. I also asked a Bucher how to cook a roast. He asked the other buchers. So in closing, employees are not knowledgeable. Thank goodness for my internet.

It's a good place to buy groceries I think. I just don't know if their items are expensive or less expensive if compared to other stores. But I like it.

I am currently injured with a broken leg. I shopped & purchased my items in one of the drivable carts offered at this location for customer use. At the register, the cashier felt the need to say " Those carts can't go outside"I'm not sure how she expected me to get back to my vehicle with use of only ONE leg. I purchased salmon today. They had wild caught sockeye for 12.99 lb. I asked if they had wild caught frozen, USA, Alaska salmon. The manager said yes in my freezer. So i purchased what she brought me at 9.99lb. However looking at it makes me think this is farm raised. So did she tell me the truth? Anyone know? The sticker states “chili”, so is this not a USA salmon?

Good selection and most priced accordingly. The one thing I don’t enjoy is checking out and seeing the employee pick his nose and wipe it on his pants just before handing me my receipt and change. C’mon! That’s just nasty! Get a tissue and go to the bathroom and wash your hands Nate. 🤨

I love the Farmington Hannafords ... but they never have the potato hot dog rolls or potato hamburger rolls that all the other Hannafords have. But ..I sure do love their General Tao Chicken nuggets !!

Many shelves were empty. Many items I went ther for were not there. About 50 customers in the store. Employee between seafood and produce with a vacuum cleaner. Customers had to go around the power cord or lift their carts to go by. MANY customers (at least 20)lined up at checkout registers with only 2 cashiers on duty. No one to bag groceries. Very poor staff planning on part of management. Very poor reaction to customer needs by employees. It felt like I was at a second rate discount store without the discount prices. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this visit.

The moment you walk into the Farmington Hannaford, all you smell is fish. You'd think the fish was by the front door, but no, the fish is at the back of the store. I tried shopping here again recently because the power was out at Walmart, and never again. I had to gag my way through the store to get just a couple of items because the smell of fish overwhelms the entire store. They hardly have any self-checkouts, and none for larger loads. The selection isn't that great, and everything is way more expensive. And for being a "local" store, they don't treat their employees any better than filthy Walmart does.

Not very nice employees can say RUDE! I walk with a cane and an employee pushed his way through just about making me fall. He just looked back shrugged his shoulders and kept going!

My husband and I and friends shop here frequently and I've got to say that the staff and supervisor and bosses are friendly smiling comfortable ppl to be around. They are prompt, professional and caring. They all have great customer value skills. I appreciate everybody there. It's a great place to shop for your friends, your boss, your family. They are neat and tidy and a well organized environment and establishment. Things are comfortably in order .

Thank goodness for Hannaford...the shelves are well stocked and I found everything I was shopping for.....awesome. The only thing that was hard shopping is being short and not being able to reach items so high or too far to the back of shelves and freezers. I went to Hannaford for fresh hamburg and chicken and I am so pleased with the variety and also for the small packaging for small families. The bakery has great options also. Keep up the great work Hannaford Employees!!

Better food options than Walmart.They always have what I need on the shelves.The layout isn't confusing.Getting and using their coupons through the app is so easy.I love shopping here, I don't know why, it's just a cozy atmosphere I guess. Unlike Walmart, gawd I hate Walmart.

I always have the best conversations with the staff. Deron was awesome and hilarious. And we (a randomly elderly customer that I met in line) decided he should be employee of the month. Worth the drive every time. Plant selection. Awesome. Food. Awesome. Very clean and just a good experience. Thanks. :)

A very nice supermarket, we went there near closing time and checked out with a big order. The cashier was very polite and efficient. I may have unwittingly insulted him while trying to be funny and apologize, he was a very nice guy and a great employee.

Really like the pre-made sub sandwiches. Good bread and generous amounts of meat and cheese. Lots of new pasta and veggies salads. Tried the Caesar pasta for lunch today. Yummy

This place was great. It was super clean inside and was very well stocked. They just installed a Chargepoint DC Fast charger in the parking lot for electric vehicles with level 2 chargers in the parking lot. The deli meat was absolutely delicious even though it wasn't boarshead. The checkout process was very quick and efficient and the bathrooms we're immaculate. Such a pleasure to shop here. And the addition of the charging stations will make this my preferred grocery store when I'm in town.

Specifically asked cashier and bagger not to fill the bags. Handed them 25 bags folded neatly. They used 4 bags and filled them to the top. That has been my experience a lot of places lately though.

Great restaurant, with a large selection of vegan and organic foods. Just be aware that the organic foods are in a separate section from all the rest of the same item - for instance, organic oatmeal isn't with the rest of the oatmeal. And vegan foods are in sections marked "Gluten Free." But they've got it all!

Reasonably priced food, depending on what you get. Sometimes food goes bad a little sooner than expected but only by a day and it's not often at all except with potatoes. Very clean, very nice staff. Definitely a good place to do some shopping.

Bought my daughter a birthday cake picked up 7/9/2020, usually have a good experience this is why I chose their bakery. I was decently impressed with her unicorn cake, however they’re was a large crack under the writing when it was handed to me, I had to fix this when I got it home and the frosting was not covering the entire top of the cake. I ordered a marble cake with traditional frosting and got a chocolate cake with traditional... probably won’t be going back to get another cake from here.

I truly find their prices comparable to ALL of their competitors. The quality of their produce and meats are unmatched and their customer service is fantastic. If they don't carry what you're looking for then they will put it on their shelves, no one else does that!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Went in there last second for a birthday cake and the overweight pink haired woman didn't want to help me. Then cashing out the cashier asked me if there was anything wrong as I explained to her I noticed she wasn't even listening. Next time I'll go to Walmart 😡😡😡
