I'm looking for a tv stand.And couch. The structure is ok, but the choice of particle board leaves a lot to be desired.They have a nice day bed that can act as a couch for my small space. It's made well by Broyhill.

My daughter and I drive by this place once a week on are way to the dreaded Wal-Mart lol. Last week we decided to stop in and we were very impressed. I got everything I needed and it saved me from going into Wal-Mart across the street That's a big win in my book. The woman Jen that waited on us was very nice an set me up with a rewards card very ez I'll definitely be back next week😊

Was working there until the store manager started treating all his employees like children. I then found another job to work because of the disrespect from the store manager and he started to come to my other job and stalk me there. The store manager also controls his employees. And I'm sorry to the customers that have to pay full price for the clearance items. The store manager is running the store the wrong way. And for the the store manager to play favorites is not allowed. I have tried contacting someone to discuss this with HR and they seem to not exist. The only reason why that the store looks the way it does is because of the employees except for the store manager because all he does is sit in the office. Please if corporate reads this please reach out to me thanks.

First time customer.😊 Great store lots of great deals! I did have lots of trouble finding prices on numerous items. Each item I was purchasing was on & in clearance section... That said almost all items rang up full price 🤦🏼‍♀️ Also had trouble with a kid's little light which was in clearance and one of the employees Stated she'd just sold one for $8 same thing, yet the Woman who took over for her says no I have to charge Full Price bcuz that's what it's ringing up as.... Ummm again as did all the other clearance items 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😂 but those were switched! I'm just baffled by it honestly & if this happens again I WILL NOT Spend in that store again. You'd think that if an Employee literally just said she sold one same item ON CLEARANCE, shouldn't that be the same if it was in with all the clearance items!? ? So frustrating.... Restroom is clean, store was a little messy but I get it, people just sling stuff around unfortunately.I'll return in hopes that maybe someone knows the price on items in their store 😊

Had a pick up order schedule to pick up next day. Called and spoke with an associate that made a note for an alternative pick up person. Said person arrives to pick up order, the woman working was awful and rude to deal with, waited for a while to “confirm” she was very rude. Finally allowed them to leave with my order after calling AGAIN. Absolutely awful.

Fair selection good people low end mostly on the merchandise. I still go in but most things are at best the higher end of the low selections. Wear and tear for example on the furniture makes it a poor deal. You won't get 2 years out of that stuff. Fir a few hundred you can. Buy things that last but they're ok on neccesary items . Real good on some!

Love the deals and selection. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is no driving cart for the disabled and I'd shop here more if I was able to use one. Too hard otherwise.

I just love going to Big Lots. They have some good boys. Also I bought my reclining loveseat here and it is made very sturdy. No complaints at all. Thanks Big Lots!!!

If I did not know better, the workers drive customers not to come back. Less than a dozen people in store and watched like we were robbing the store. We cashed out and spent 60 dollars, but will never go back to this store.

Their larger items such as sofas, patio furniture, mattresses, are shown as available. Meaning, the floor models have no indication they are no longer in stock or are on back order. The third time I went in for a purchase and was met with “Ahh, I can check the back, but I don’t think we have that.”, I asked if there was a reason behind the lack in proper signage and the employee just agreed with me. “Out of stock until xx/xx” would be sufficient signage and reduce wasted time and effort, for both the employees and customers.
