After setting up our neighbors, this company came to us. They explained they were in the neighborhood, & wondered if we needed help. We expressed what insects we were concerned with, especially after seeing a wasp nest. We were validated on our concerns, and loved what our plan would cover. We were set up for service for the next day, or so we thought. Less than an hour later, we were getting our service! Inside and out were serviced with care, and our pets were of top concern. They verified inside treatment would be safe to them, and to keep everyone inside for half an hour for the treatment to dry outside. The company let us know what problems are neighbors were having, which luckily had not yet happened to us, yet. We are now proactively treating for problems our neighbors were having, as well as our own insect concerns. This company was very educational on what to look for, what to expect, and how to prevent issues. On top of that, everyone was super courteous, and respectful. We look forward to a long partnership.

Have been using insight for a year and it makes such a difference! I NEVER see spiders, ants, typical house bugs in my home and I live in a heavily wooded area. It also reduces the bugs on our patio and makes our time so much more enjoyable. Tyler and Cory were timely, professional and kind!

Insight is the best. The staff is so friendly and courteous, great communication, reasonable prices and I immediately noticed a difference in the insect activity. Insight Pest has been so wonderful in helping us not only with prevention, but in remedying a rather concerning recent wasp problem. Writing this review after my initial treatment. Insight was very responsive and accommodating. I had my house treated for pests, then decided later the same day that I wanted the mosquito and tick treatment as well, and Cory came back the very next day. So far I'm happy with how little disruption the treatment has caused my pets. I'm looking forward to fewer insects this summer.

We've been using Insight since last spring. We used to hear critters scurrying around in the attic and found occasional mice droppings in closets and dark corners of the basement. Last fall, Charlie did a great job of sealing up cracks and holes around the foundation as well as placing traps in obvious locations. They just came around for the quarterly service and we realized that we have not heard or seen any evidence of critters at all this winter.We also used the tick & mosquito service last summer and plan to again this summer. We wouldn't be able to enjoy the backyard without it.

I will update my review pending the long term results in getting rid of my carpenter ants but so far so good.*Update, it's been almost a year and this service has exceeded my expectations. Charlie, our pest control tech, was great. He came to the house as scheduled. He worked around our schedule which was very much appreciated. He applied the treatment working around our house, deck and porches without any problem despite the areas covered with construction material.He also updated us on what he found and what he didn't find confirming that our decision to go with Insight was a good one.I would recommend the company for your pest problems. Hopefully, you will have a technician as good as Charlie.
