Love this locally owned pet store! They have a great selection of food, toys, harnesses, etc, and are super helpful. Will return again and again. Only store I've found that carries java wood- my puppy loves it! They will even order you the food that you want if they don't have it in stock! Break your Chewy addiction, and shop local!

We come from out of town to visit my family and always stop here a few times per trip. We have a Bernese Mountain Dog who goes through food and bones super quickly so we stop in for bones, treats, CBD products for the ride, etc. He also likes to come and pick out his favorite bones, which is fun to bring the dog inside. Nice women working there, always pleasant. Great little pet store.

Wow. Wonderful staff that knows their stuff. Maria was amazing. She is so helpful and patient. She explained the differences in canine supplements to help me make the correct choice. I certainly will return here. I have shopped other local shops and will not go anywhere else now.DEF SHOP HERE!!

They have a note at the checkout which uses very strong language to discourage the use of cell phones in the store, particularly during checkout, as one would only see this sign while handing them money. They describe personal cell phone use by customers as “nauseatingly rude.” I don’t know if they want to insult previous customers, current customers using their phone or encourage polite behavior. If they were truly seeking to invite better manners and customers, they might try being less nauseatingly rude in their sign making.

I'm with Stacy M - that note at the cash register pretty much sums up the customer service attitude there: my way or the highway. Guess I'll be taking all my (and my parent's) Science Diet business to someone who can figure out something nice to say at the POS... there's just not enough good things about that store that can justify that kind harshness to the people plunking down lotsa money!

Great pet store, amazing employees! I'm so thankful that they do not tolerate the nauseatingly rude types of customers who feel entitled to chatter away on their phones at the checkout. That policy should be the standard everywhere!
