You could easily pay as much or more online for furniture that would be a quarter the quality. This is furniture which is made to last. We had to get a new living room sofa and chair, and wanted something solid- this is the place. The owners are a delight to talk to. It's worth taking your time to walk around and appreciate the sheer quality. Nothing here is fast fashion, it's all going to be as good in ten, twenty, thirty years as it is now. This stuff does not go out of style.It's almost impossible to go in and not try those rocking chairs, too- we only wanted the sofa but man, those rockers are something else. Just perfect.

We are big fans of Lyman's Amish Furniture! We googled "Amish Furniture" and "Maine" and found their store--and we are so glad we did! We drove up to see what they had, and immediately fell in love with a bedroom furniture set. Joy talked to us about the wood and staining options available for the furniture, and walked us through differences in hardware options, too. We also found a coffee table and end table we liked after flipping through furniture company books, and we were able to see a similar example on the floor. Their floor inventory is a bit more limited, but they stock nice tables, chairs, and bedroom furniture from several companies they do business with. We placed our furniture order later over the phone (we looked at another store but the quality of furniture didn't compare to Lyman's) and had the bedroom furniture delivered in October, and the coffee and end tables delivered in December. The furniture is gorgeous and Joy and Tom (her husband who handles deliveries) were wonderful to work with. We would definitely return for any other furniture needs and highly recommend the store for anyone looking for high quality wooden furniture!

Nice little store out of the way and off the beaten path a little bit not really what I expected from the name but they did have Amish furniture not a full 100% Amish shop but if you're looking for a cool piece of furniture made by the Amish you're in luck but if you're looking for produce honey or other small Amish made items not the place for you. But they did have a good selection of other type of stuff American made. If you're passing by worth stopping and looking around. Customer service was extremely friendly and it was a nice clean environment.

We are so happy with the hutch we purchased from Lyman’s. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture and we were able to customize the stain and paint colors that we wanted. The owners, Joy and Tom, are also so patient, helpful, and kind. I had a lot of questions before making the purchase and always received timely and helpful responses. If you’re looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service, Lyman’s is an excellent choice.

Tom and Joy have a great store with a very large selection of farm and livestock supplies. They now even carry some beautiful furniture. I really like being able to shop locally and know that the grain I'm buying is fresh and stored properly. If they don't have what I'm looking for they'll gladly check to see if they can order it.

Greeted with a smile every time! Helpful and friendly service. Farm supplies, beautiful Amish furniture, and much more. It's cool how many products they have. I've bought a kitchen item and dog treats, but my favorite thing I bought there was a green camo pocket knife. I was super excited to see their selection of knives when I found out they had them. Convenient location as well. Go check them out!!

Came to look for Amish furniture. Tom was very helpful and friendly! They have some stuff in stock and on the floor but LOTS more options from catalogs. We left with a couple of estimates and are looking forward to ordering from Lyman's in a couple of months.

We just received our Amish dining room chairs from the wonderful folks at Lyman's Farm Store & Amish Furniture! Absolutely Beautiful - Custom built and finished to match our 100 yr old table. Great prices and great folks to do business with. This is a must-see if you need great furniture in Maine! Trust me . . . it's worth the drive!

The Lymans are great people and the door is well stocked (farm goods) and the furniture is outstanding. Furniture is expensive. But it's hand made and heirloom quality.
