I have had nothing but positive experiences whenever I go there. The sales and the coupons have saved me every time. Today, due to receiving their truck late, there weren't many paper plates out. The manager went out back and got what I wanted. He definately didnt have to do it, he could have told me to come back later. He definately believes in customer satisfaction. Because if this I will continue to shop there.

I always get a Hello when walking thru the door, the employee's are all very nice. I go in get what i need n go, it's alitte bit cheaper than other stores so i keep coming back 😊

I've only been to this particular FD a few times. (Not in my local area) So it's a bigger store then my local FD, so it has great selection. They have a little bit of everything. FD has some decent sales on every day items. Additionally with coupons from they're app I can get some pretty good deals. I really can't remember the cleanliness of this particular store so it must have been decent. Lol. The store closest to me is not a very clean store. When I'm in Fairfield I try to stop here to see what they have.

can someone close this place down and put a better maintained store here with employees who dont park in the spots near the door? Hasnt had heat for 2 months, and its NEVER open at night, which is asinine.

They made a new store policy that a child even a thirteen-year-old like me cannot go in unaccompanied because some kids shopliftid and there was no sign on the door so me and my friend walked in started shopping filled our hands with stuff ready to purchase it when the guy at the front counter said we had to put it all back and leave so now when I am craving candy my dad has to come with me.

The remodel looks great but they need to keep their rolling racks out of the aisles. Got frustrated and left to go to Dollar General. This has been an ongoing problem for years.

I needed to pick up a few things that I normally get at Walmart but Walmart staff is not friendly courteous or helpful and the staff here at the family Dollar store is very friendly courteous and helpful so even though it's a little bit more than Walmart it was well worth the stop

Family Dollar in Fairfield is great- closes to home-the staff are always friendly to me. I'm happy to have this one close by because the one in Waterville just closed for good.

The isles are small and not clearly marked. A lot of scattered items in each isle. Only one cashier and nobody else to help with long lines.
