What an experience! The owner/operator Penny, was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.She took the time to ask about my aquarium, even showed me the set up for her tanks. Helped answer many questions that I had. I drove almost 2 hours to make my visit, and it was worth every mile. My son and I loved the display tanks and talked about them the whole way back home. Highly recommend for anyone in the market for saltwater aquarium needs, especially soft corals. Many nice toadstools, GSP, and zoas, many others too. Take the trip, well worth the drive!

Its extremely rare for me to leave a review even if i am pleased by the experience. But being pleased does not even compare to how outstanding my experience was with Aquacorals. This was by far the best customer service i have ever received from any company I have ever ordered. I was extremely impressed at the attention to detail and how well and neatly packaged the coral was and was extremely surprised how large, nice, and healthy the coral I received. Great 1st time experience! I will definitely be ordering again in the future!My corals came fast and earlier then expected! The package was packed perfectly. Once the corals were in my tank they opened up in about an hour. They are in great condition and look healthy.I love the selection of soft corals and how there are pictures of the adult colonies. Penny gives great customer service and emails you back. She even sent me an email checking up on my order!

Here’s what buying your corals from AquaCorals gets you. I’ve had none of the toadstools (or the cabbage sinularia) in this photo for even quite a year and I’ve had the two finger leathers for only one to three months. They are all larger and more colorful than they appear in this lousy photo. All seven leathers here were acquired from AC and have been through hell due to some poor and inconsistent husbandry practices and yet they have never missed a beat. Put them in your tank, find where the lighting and flow works best for them and walk away. At the current rate of growth I’d expect many of them to be touching one another within the next couple of years.

I have ordered from AquaCorals twice now over the years. With every delivery, I have been blown away by the quality, value and service Penny provides. All the corals are incredibly healthy and pest-free. You can purchase small colonies for the price you’d pay for a tiny frag at any other vendor. The customer service is out of this world and she even included a personal handwritten note on the packing receipt of my most recent order. 5 stars all the way. This is exactly how a business should be run.

First time ordering from here though I have known about this place for a long time. If I was to ever setup a soft coral only tank, I wanted to order from here. Penny was the best to work with. She puts the corals first and makes sure your schedule is open to receive the coral. Weather and sickness did delay the shipment but that is not a big deal. We spoke multiple times each week. Nicest person I've met in the hobby in almost 10 years. These are quality corals that you do not need a microscope for to see them. Nothing worse than getting a frag the size of a dime! Not here. I was immediately shocked by the size of the gorgonian I had received and the willow is nice and thick. The box it came in was sealed with two heat packs. The packs were still plenty warm. I have ordered from other places in winter months and received frags that had ice in them when I got them. If water leaked, it was not escaping. Each coral was also multi bagged as is in 3-4 bags per coral to insure no leaks. Within a couple hours, polyps were already coming out of the corals. It is now going on day three and everything has settled perfectly. Very little stress showing at this point. If I had something other than a nano tank, I would order one of each coral from Penny!

I purchased what is known in the reefing aquarium hobby as a rare item, known as the weeping willow coral. The website also mentions that this is a rare item to see. When sent this, I immediately realized it was not as advertised, but waited for 96hrs for the coral to adjust to its new environment, and still to this day it is not even close to what they are falsely selling online. There are very distinct species in this hobby, mine even looks different than what is online clearly in the photos. I attempted to contact the seller and their response was rather rude and they stopped emailing as a means to further assist with the order. I understood that there were no refunds, of any kind, from this facility whether it comes dead or alive (which is a huge risk with fish and corals) but they did not sell me the product I purchased

I ordered corals on a Thursday and paid extra for Fed-Ex overnight Saturday delivery. The charge went through on my Paypal. When the order didnt come Saturday, I logged in to my account to see if I could track the package. AquaCorals cancelled the order because the items weren't in stock.I received no contact whatsoever that the order couldnt be completed, and the charge still remained on my Paypal. I had to dispute the charge.I emailed "Penny" in customer relations. She responded by email telling me to take my business elsewhere.The Paypal was refunded minus the Paypal fee. So I had to pay $10.70 to be abused by Penny the customer relations expert.
