It's Sunday didn't realize they didn't open until 9am..why? Cause the doors were open and other people WHO WERE NOT EMPLOYEES were in there walking around getting an order pick up..my husband and I walked in thru the open doors and were halfway thru the store when an employee hollered we're not open right now!! Ok so why are some allowed in and not others? That's ok we took our business and our $$ elsewhere..

Went in for new trailer lugs. They had one package of five, so one wheels worth. I asked the guy and he said "that's all they send us". So if Corporate reads this, please review our OUTLs for this location. That is unacceptable. You have thousands of cheap chotchki tools dotting your aisles but won't stock trailer lugs.

I have been working at Tractor Supply in Ellsworth, ME since March of 2018. I was attracted to it because of the strong standards and fun working environment. I have had very few and minor things to complain about as an employee. The customer service is legendary.

I tried to find a product on my own and couldn't find what I needed so I spotted a sales personon the floor and asked for help. He made no attempt to look but told me the store did not have it and he went on to explain why... I kind of figured out he did not know what he was talking about. So I went back to the isle that seemed like it would of been there and looked again. Sure enough the product was on the very top shelve. I asked a clerk to reach it for me and told him he might want to let the salesman know it was infact in the store. The Clark tried to explain why it was there and that it really shouldn't of been there . Something about they didn't really have a place for it. ...what??? It made no sense to me other than it was clear I was talking to another badly trained employee. .....I have worked in sales before and the only acceptable response in my opinion should have been , " I will find the answer about the product and let you know. Please give me a few minutes to find the information. "

They have a good mix of general use items that you would need on a small farm or homestead.Some mechanical items that you would use to find at a hardware store they still stock.It's a neat store Just wish that it was a little larger and had a little better selection.I wish they had more visibility from the road and I wish more local people would support this business.

Tractor supply Co, is great and has great items here. Some times the prices are a bit much but that's okay. The service here was kind of sketchy compared to others I have been to. The young gentleman was quiet at the check out and was wearing his hood. Good for him to wear the hood but he was quiet and looked like he was having a bad day. He enjoyed my puppy I had with me which was good!

There isn’t a man in Maine without an outdoor “project” to be done. And no matter what that project is, somehow this store will have what you need.(Even if it’s just a decent pair of boots, and a new axe for firewood)

It's sometimes a tossup if they have what I'll need, but for once it feels like the employees in a big box care more about the customer than the store. I don't know if I've ever heard good words about corporate, but being treated with honesty and respect off the bat feels great. The people working here are good caring human beings, and it makes a big difference.

The service that I have received in the Ellsworth and Holden Tractor Supply has been excellent. Ethan in Ellsworth has really gone out of his way to find whatever I have been looking for. A great crew. Thank you so much.

Yeah, I was just in the Ellsworth tractor supply just a minute ago. I was there asking for assistance to buy my favorite rabbit feed. The cash register man was not helpful at all. He said he can’t grab the feed from the stick room. He’ll ask his co worker to do it. The co worker is outside sweeping the front of the store. He did not even ask her to come in to assist me. I was like standing there like forever. A 5 minute store visit turned to 25 mins. That’s poor service. I usually get good customer service here but tonight stinks.Is sweeping the front of the store really that important that you have customers waiting inside? It’s 8/14/19 7:28 pm.That cashier needs to be trained how to do customer service.

Always low on stock. Went to buy a winch yesterday as i need it asap. 12k winch was out of stock (450$) so went with the 10k (600$) plus a (85$) tray wouldnt take a dime off and dont offer millitary discount.

The store manager is pretty rude and not helpful at all. She actually makes you feel you’re an inconvenience to her if you have a question. The employees are much better, actually act like they like their job and want to help. I’ve never been to a TSC where I’ve felt uncomfortable speaking to someone who works there like I do at the Ellsworth location. Most stores have exceptional customer service.The manager likes to let family and friends do things normal customers aren’t allowed, not sure how that’s ok? If a customer can’t do something because it’s against policy, just because it’s your friend/family, doesn’t mean it’s ok for them to do it in front of the customers.All in all, very disappointed in the manager. Have had multiple bad experiences with her.The managers at Blue Seal are always personable and willing to help. We might move all our purchases for our farm over to there.

I visit here a monthly. Staff is helpful when asked. Typically greeted and offer assistance upon entering. Prices are fare for this type of Box Store. Can get some good specials/sales. Good local place for Chicken Food, pet supplies, fencing and other homesteading tools/supplies

Possibly worst customer experience ever. Went in this morning at 8:30AM to buy a cattle gate. Cashier told me they were outside. No one outside to help me so I went back in and cashier told me to go to customer service desk. No one there either. Went to cashier and he paged Michelle. She arrived and sent me back outside as "all information is hanging on the tags of the gates". Well, I still had questions so I went back in again and she refused to come outside to help me. Said she had a customer appointment at 10:00AM and it was only 8:45AM!! I could not believe this response so I walked out , went to Ellsworth Feed & Seed and was greeted and helped immediately so I purchased the gates and accessories there that morning. And it was a local business. Did not realize they carried cattle gates. I will never go into a TSC store again.

I went to the Ellsworth Tractor Supply store today to purchase a trailer. Upon inspection of the trailer before going in the store I noticed that one of the fenders had a dent in it, not a small blemish, but as if something had run into it. Not only this, because of the damage some rust had started to form where the paint had blistered.Where I was going to use it as a work trailer I decided to ask what they may offer for a DISCOUNT. They said there will be no discount. NO discount?? I'm sorry, but I'm not going to spend $2400 on a brand new DAMAGED trailer. It makes me wonder if they are hoping someone will buy it without noticing before purchase. Inspect EVERYTHING at this store before you buy it!

Stopped in to find Carhartts I found this location to have a very good selection. The cashier was friendly and helped me out when I was asking questions. Also they have a great assortment of tools and other supplies. I will be shopping here again.

Slow and rarely have anything in stock. The aisles are too close together. You can't move and the clearance section is still only a dollar off. You could do so much better TS

I stood in line to go inside, when I got to the front of the line I asked the attendant at the door, " how many people are aloud in the store." He replied"50 people,but our transformer malfuntioned so we are only allowing 15 people." I'd like a reply from upper management how does this affect the number of people in the store? Other than that love tractor supply in Ellsworth!

They have most everything you'd want for pet or farm supplies, and most any tools you would want from hand tools to welders and generators. They also have large fireproof firearm safes at what I thought was reasonable prices. They also have nice work clothing and all types of hunting supplies.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. I suggest sending someone from the Bangor Store down to train the staff in Ellsworth. Next time Bangor doesn't have an item I will drive to Augusta rather than dealing with the staff in Ellsworth!

It's TSC. Strange to find it at a tourist destination. Didn't have the clips I was looking for. They shouldn't be generic considering there are more RVs than tractors in the area.

Only place in Ellsworth that carries Earthborn dog food. 49.99 per bag. A lot of times on sale for 45.99 though, plus contact Earthborn and get a monthly $3 coupon.

Visited the Ellsworth, ME location many times and the employees are always inattentive. I've never experienced this low low-level customer service in all the TS locations I've visited. Very unprofessional location.
