Great selection! This store has pretty much everything you could need no matter what pet you have. Stopped in to buy some more substrate for my tortoise and couldn't leave without a cute cookie for my pup. The workers were very nice as well!

A great product selection for pet supplies. I usually get my cat and dog food here. Their litter and litter boxes are a bit pricey.

They are always helpful. We have gotten lots of fish from this place and we got a gecko a few months ago. We are thinking about getting a better fish tank soon and we will probably get it from this store.

Once u get past the smell of the pet store it's great. They do need someone who is more informative when it comes to their reptiles the bedding the size of enclosures and the moisture of the enclosure are important. Their bird bella is my kids favorite part of the trip to the pet shop. Give them a try.

Really nice store , friendly helpful staff too . We were on vacation and stopped in for some dog treats , ended up with the most darling little rabbit . This rabbit is the sweetest, friendliest bunny I've ever met.. I would love to buy more from them in the future and I would highly recommend this store to anyone !!! The dogs loved their treats also .

Sold us pregnant rats last year. When I called and yelled at them on the phone (because selling pregnant rats without both parties' consent is illegal), they denied knowledge, despite visibly housing males and females of breeding age together at the time. Very irresponsible, not to mention incompetent.0/5, I never used them again after this. Would not buy rats from these guys.

I needed cat food and was very sick. They let me call it in, pay for it, and then set it outside for me. I was extremely happy they did this as my cat was not letting me sleep. Even though she has food but not her morning treat. They are all very nice and accommodating. I only shop here for my pet needs. Great staff!Update: I will only shop here for my pet needs they take really good care of me!

Staff was very friendly and they offer 3(?) samples of various foods, treats, for dogs and maybe cats, from a sampler stand near the register for your way out. Pricing seems very high on most items and others are priced closer to competitors pricing. Again, staff is super attentive. My only problem was that the clerk that rang up and bagged my purchases. Not only did they not bag a chemical separately from food purchases but just threw it in there. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home. The chemical leaked All over my samples, Several bones, treats, and a brand new heating pad! Luckily the pad still works- but all those Expensive treats! It was a vitally trip to say the least. I don't travel that far often, so no going back for me.

Excellent selection of foods if you want the middle to higher end stuff for your pet. Great selection of treats and toys. Bunnies!! Haven't explored the fish section since we got rid of our aquarium and don't want to be enticed to get another but I am sure it is great too. Staff has always been great!!

I was so surprised by the large selection of pet products that they carried! I found MORE pet things here for my Rabbit's than I did in other large pet retailer's! I found everything I needed from food to toys. Very reasonably priced, and the Staff is friendly as well as helpful! Definitely worth the travel in my books!

I go into this store numerous times a week, for both crickets, and frozen rodents...and I can't help but feel super bad for the snakes that're sold there. Namely the Ball Pythons.Recently I stopped in, and one of them was already dead in the enclosure, which was pointed out to an employee, who quickly removed it.And again today I stopped in on my way home, and was so bothered by how emaciated the snakes are currently.One looked dead again, and the others were almost triangular in shape, like their skin is just draped over their spine. You should never be able to see that much of a snakes backbone.Those snakes look emaciated to the point that they shouldn't still be trying to sell them to the public, until they're brought back to good health (if they can be).As an exotic animal hobbiest/keeper for a decade+, I'm not entirely sure they can be saved at this point.You should either hire someone who knows proper snake husbandry, or don't sell snakes at all...because the people that're currently in charge of snakes is doing a trash job, and should be ashamed at letting those baby snakes not have a chance at a full life past being hatched, and starving to death.

The exprience of buying two rats from here by the male employee was very nice, however when returning them for reasons(that I hope the employee understood if she cared for the animals) the lady was extrememly rude, short spoken and didn't fully refund. Reply: OH and apparently being quiet because how the manager was acting apparently gives the manager the right to be short spoken let alone sound friendly at all, at that point we didn't want to bring up the full return and bought cat food so we never have to come back in. Yeah so comforting totally wont be coming into the store to talk to you guys.

Decent prices. I'll pay over Wal-Mart prices to support a local business any day. Great selection of quality merchandise & small animals. And if a pet mouse or rat has babies & you're unable to rehouse them, they'll usually take them. That deserves 10 stars! Thank you!

Went in looking for new dog food and there are so many choices it makes you crazy. The owner came over and gave us a lot of info and helped us make a choice.Told us if it did not work out we could bring back the unused portion. Very helpful.
